ADT Security Services

We've used ADT for the last fifteen years and are quite pleased with them. We actually had a break in and the alarm went off instantly. However, there was a time lag before the police came out. ADT does a good job.

We have used ADT Security Services to monitor our home alarm system for four years and we have never had a false alarm. The customer service people are really nice and ADT is linked to all of our local emergency units.

We have never had any problems what so ever with their services. We have never been broken into but in the past as I have set the alarms incorrectly and our cat have set it off as well. Their response time was very quick as they had the police out right away. I have complete confidence in their service.

I heard about them by word of mouth as almost everyone around here uses them. I like they brought out a lot of stickers for my house it makes me feel really safe. I have not had any reason to call them but Im sure they do a good job.

ADT Security Services will not be our home security provider much longer. We are not satisfied with the service. The service is very poor. The communication and equipment fails far too often. It doesnt make our home security system very reliable. We are currently checking out other providers to provide the safety that a home security is designed for.

ADT is a highly reputable company and very well known. I feel very safe having the monitor the house because I know that if anything were to happen they would respond quickly and get done what needed to be done.

I like the system and the company real well. The technician did a great job installing the system and took his time explaining things to me. He gave me a brochure before he left and we ve never had any problems with it. We ve never had to use it, but it makes us feel safe and secure knowing we have it.

For three years now we have used their services, but fortunately we havent had to see them and their speedy response time in action. For that reason, I attribute our security and crime free home to them.

ADT does a great job of monitoring our home alarm system. We have been using them for about two years and have never had any false alarms. It is worth the monthly cost to have a reputable company like ADT taking care of your alarm system. They have been really good to us so far.

We built our home a few years back and had the ADT system put in then. We have had good dealings with them anytime we have had to contact them about anything. We havent had an emergency, but I trust them as a leader in home security protection.

ADT Security Services has given us excellent service. They are very responsive to calls. I have had to call them up to reset the system and do some other installations for our windows and such.

ADT does a great job of making me feel protected. When they came out they brought signs for my yard and stickers for my windows which I really like having. Anytime I need to call them they are very easy to get a hold of, there are never long hold times like I would expect from a large company.

I am very pleased with this service and would recommend it to anyone. The company was on time and very good to us when they came to our home. I feel safe now from any problems that, without this system, you would not normally be aware of. The employees were friendly and courteous.

I feel very safe when I am alone, when we were sleeping, when we leave our home for days or for just a quick trip to the store. Knowing they would contact the local fire department or police department made me feel at ease and I could think about other stuff. I didnt worry as much because they were quick to respond to a tripped alarm.

ADT is a well know company and is connected directly to the police department. I know that if anything were to ever go wrong they would be right there protecting us, and making sure that the police and everyone needed were sent out.

I have had services with ADT for about eight or nine years now. I feel that their pricing is rather reasonable compared to some of the other places I have heard about. I pay them on a monthly basis. My alarm has triggered accidentally a few times and they immediately responded to it. I feel very safe and I have no reason to complain.

We were very pleased with this service and would recommend it to anyone. The company did not hesitate and made our move a comfortable one. They were friendly and made sure to answer all of our questions before they left the installation appointment.

We have used ADT for several years now and they have always responded quickly to the alarms. My cat set off the alarm while I was at the movies and when I got home my backdoor was kicked in compliments of the police. We loved their response time and wouldn t use any other service.

I think ADT has done a pretty good job of making us feel safe in our home. So far we have never had a false alarm, or needed any in home maintenance. I like the fact that they are linked in directly to all of the local emergency departments.

I was also happy that the gentleman who installed the system took his time to explain exactly how it worked and I didnt feel he was rushed at all. They do have a little higher prices than other alarm companies, but we are very pleased with the service we get for our money.

I have never had any reason to call them other then to get the service started so Im not to sure if it s easy to get a hold of them. When they came out to the house they were very friendly and did a good job of explaining how everything worked. Im sure if I ever had to call them they would be able to help me with anything I need.

Our family feels very safe using ADT to monitor our home alarm system. We have been using them for almost four years and have never had a false alarm. They offer in-home maintenance calls for an additional cost but we have not seen the need for those yet because the service we are getting seems to be fine.
