ADT Security Services was very prompt and they did a lot of explaining to us on how to use our alarm system. I feel really safe and protected at home and away knowing that we are protected by their system.

I have never had any reason to call them other then to get the service started so Im not to sure if it s easy to get a hold of them. When they came out to the house they were very friendly and did a good job of explaining how everything worked. Im sure if I ever had to call them they would be able to help me with anything I need.

Weve had this system for a while and maybe just having it plus the signs in the yard and the stickers deter any signs of crime from coming our way. We were glad to have it because of the feeling of security.

We were very pleased with this service and would recommend it to anyone. The company did not hesitate and made our move a comfortable one. They were friendly and made sure to answer all of our questions before they left the installation appointment.

I havent had any problems with my alarm system but when my neighbor was out of town we had several problems. Her alarm started going off in the middle of the night so I sent my husband out to take a look. He didnt see anything so I called ADT. All they did was shut the alarm off. No police showed up, they didnt ask for any form of verification of who I was, they just shut it off. A few minutes later the alarm started going off again. Again I called them, and it was the same story as the first time, even though I spoke with someone different. I dont feel all safe with ADT, and in fact am thinking about changing companies.

I think ADT has done a pretty good job of making us feel safe in our home. So far we have never had a false alarm, or needed any in home maintenance. I like the fact that they are linked in directly to all of the local emergency departments.

The man also showed me how I could check my system to make sure it was working correctly. I feel very safe having ADT monitor my house.

We've used ADT for the last three years and feel they offer a good service. We set off one false alarm, and the fire truck came. They also came once to make sure that everything was working properly and didn't charge.

They were really pretty good, but their price was high. The alarm system has given me no trouble, and the technician was outstanding. He explained everything in detail about the system itself and gave us a demonstration, and it took him two days to get it all set up for us. He was not in any hurry. He had two keypads when he came back the second day and the first keypad he put in did not match the second keypad, so he made sure he brought back two of the same matching keypads, which I thought was really great of him. He was a pretty friendly guy.
