We have been using ADT to monitor our home alarm system for almost four years and they make us feel very safe. The system has worked with out fault since we installed it and I cant really think of anything I would change about their service.

I m not crazy about them, but at the time I didn t have time to do any research on any other companies. I don t think they are as much on their toes as they should be, and they re not very professional. I didn t have a signal for a week because my telephone was out, and they didn t even come around, but the phone man found it. I m unhappy about their maintenance plan, and I don t think I got my money s worth either. I don t know if they do anything.

I used them because their name is so well known and they have a very good reputation. I have never had a problem where I have needed to call them, but I know that if I ever had to, they would be on top of things.

ADT Security Services was very prompt and they did a lot of explaining to us on how to use our alarm system. I feel really safe and protected at home and away knowing that we are protected by their system.

I havent had any problems with my alarm system but when my neighbor was out of town we had several problems. Her alarm started going off in the middle of the night so I sent my husband out to take a look. He didnt see anything so I called ADT. All they did was shut the alarm off. No police showed up, they didnt ask for any form of verification of who I was, they just shut it off. A few minutes later the alarm started going off again. Again I called them, and it was the same story as the first time, even though I spoke with someone different. I dont feel all safe with ADT, and in fact am thinking about changing companies.

Weve had this system for a while and maybe just having it plus the signs in the yard and the stickers deter any signs of crime from coming our way. We were glad to have it because of the feeling of security.

We are very pleased with the service we get from ADT. They are always extremely professional and courteous with us on the phone. The gentleman who came out took his time in explaining the alarm system to my husband, so he felt comfortable in case anything ever happened. We have also never had a false alarm. I would recommend ADT to everyone, and will keep using them myself in the future.

I feel very safe having ADT monitor my home because they have such a good reputation and a very well known name. When they came out they gave me a lot of stickers & signs to put around my house.

We've used ADT for the last three years and feel they offer a good service. We set off one false alarm, and the fire truck came. They also came once to make sure that everything was working properly and didn't charge.

They were really pretty good, but their price was high. The alarm system has given me no trouble, and the technician was outstanding. He explained everything in detail about the system itself and gave us a demonstration, and it took him two days to get it all set up for us. He was not in any hurry. He had two keypads when he came back the second day and the first keypad he put in did not match the second keypad, so he made sure he brought back two of the same matching keypads, which I thought was really great of him. He was a pretty friendly guy.

We have always been happy with our security system, although we haven't needed their services. We feel very secure because they are such a reputable company and we have never had a single complaint with them.

My husband works nights so it makes me feel so much safer knowing ADT is there watching over us. I have very rarely had to call them, but when I have they were right there to answer my questions or concerns. The people at ADT are extremely courteous, and professional.

ADT Security Services is linked to all of our local emergency departments, which help us feel safe using them to monitor our home alarm system. We have never had a false alarm either. As far as we know, they do not offer in home maintenance services without additional charge.

Although I have never had a reason to call ADT, I know they have a wonderful reputation of protecting homes. When they came out, they gave me enough stickers to put in all over my windows, as well as the signs to put in my front and back yard. The man also showed me how I could check my system to make sure it was working correctly. I feel very safe having ADT monitor my house.
