We called them back after they did an outstanding job on our water heater. When they came back to fix a faucet in a bathroom, they sent 2 younger guys out to do the job. When they came out, they showed up and said they could do it and then left and spent 2 hours, which they charged us for, going to the hardware store and finding a small part. I have yet to be able to use the faucet, it is so tight that it hurts my hand to try to turn on. They also tried to fix a replica toilet where the bowl hangs on the wall, but it leaked and dripped down the wall. They also didn't fix the garbage disposal along with one other job. We called the company to ask about being over-charged and we were blown off and told that they were here the entire time. It has left a bad taste in our mouth. They just seemed like they were trying things instead of fixing things. The only thing they fixed was the garbage disposal, which they just turned on and popped a dime out and it has been fine ever since.
