He called me and said he could arrive earlier that originally thought. He asked if he could do the work today, and I said yes. He arrived right when he said he would and quickly completed the work fo my satisfaction., and did not overcharge.

He took good care not to make a mess. He cut out the broken glass in pieces and put it in a bucket for disposal. He also took care to not damage the frame around the glass. Very professional and courteous.
