Lee Company

I signed up for their monthly plan. Very difficult to get them to actually show up - you may have to wait weeks or months. They shouldn't take on more customers than they can service.

Everything went very well. The crew was very professional and competent. Recommendations were made to simplify and improve the installation.I would not hesitate to use Lee Company again.

Needed one electrical outlet installed. They came out and bid three times the price of any other bids we had and then tried to charge the full service fee instead of the angies list deal price. Easy way to make a quick buck- come out, quote something outrageous and leave with $50. To top it off they couldn’t even have done the work today after the person making the appointment assured me that the work could be done same day. Should have known better as they did set our house on fire several years ago with the HVAC system. Was trying to give them another chance. Big waste of time and money.

The technician was very professional and thorough. He made sure everything was completed just as I wanted.

It took 2 trips out for them to figure out what was going on. Once they saw the problem they ordered the part and fixed it in no time.

While the work was done well, the way it was done was quite uneasy. The time taken to complete was a bit exaggerated, by as much of 15%, roughly, in our layman's opinion. We paid the service in full, and we will use Lee Company once again, but we might ask for another handyman.

They service was fine, they did a good job. Quite good on responsiveness, very professional and always comes on time, very prompt.

I am very satisfied and their work has been excellent. Their price has been reasonable and I would highly recommend them.

The repair went well. If was more involved that I thought it would be because of the way the vent was installed. However, the repair was successful.

Our old Goodman heating and cooling system's refrigerant leak was becoming progressively worse. I got two quotes. Actually, when I presented my Lee home consultant with another company's proposal he reduced the price by approximately $200.00 and included a digital, programmable Trane WiFi Thermostat. My wife and I got a Trane, all inclusive, 3.5 Ton 16 SEER system which included the outdoor heat pump and the indoor air handler. The work was done quite professionally. The technicians did an excellent job. During the install, they discovered wiring that was not to code which presented a potential fire hazard. Although the additional wiring ended up increasing the total project cost, we are happy it was corrected.

Great! Wayne was so knowledgeable and professional. He even gave me tips for a couple of the tv console shelves. Also, my floor was uneven so one leg of the desk tipped. He make me some thin wedges until I could get a more permanent solution. Will ABSOLUTELY use them again!

Dan was excellent! Very polite, professional and personable. He checked the switches that I suspected need replacing and they did. He made a recommendation and I did agree with him. Very happy.

We ended up using another company who did the same work for $1,000 less. I had to wait on hold for about 20 minutes to even talk to someone.

New to the area and thought I should probably have preventative services done on my furnace/ac to prevent an unexpected costly repair. Did my homework and decided to go with the Lee Company. I then clicked on “Deals” and found a Lee Company coupon on Angie’s List that seemed reasonable. I called to set up service, and was shocked when they told me they wouldn’t honor their own offer! So I emailed them through the Angie’s List link to get the offer (thinking maybe their internet offers differed from their telephone offers as often happens). Instead, I was again told they would not honor their own Angie’s List offer. I have an older home with an older HVAC & plumbing & electrial systems. I had planned to hire the Lee Company to service all three. But when my first interaction with the company was being told (repeatedly) that they wouldn’t honor their own offer, I had second thoughts. Can I really trust a company to provide honest analysis on the needs of my home when they won’t even honor their own Angie’s List coupon? Trust is essential for a service provider. The Lee Company demonstrated to me at the outset that they would not meet their written commitment. They lost my trust. I urge you to tread carefully with this contractor. Endnote—I asked Angie’s List to follow up for me and they did. They said that based on their follow up with the Lee Company, the Lee Company decided to rescind their Angie’s List coupon that had been on the site for all of 2018. The offer wasn’t a misprint or typo. The Lee Company just decided they no longer wished to offer it after I requested it. Keep a close eye that they don’t change their terms of service on you after you call them!

Good response time during busy season. Good pricing for gas logs routine inspection. Recommend.

I scheduled service with Lee Company and they did not show up and when I called they had no record of the appointment. On my next try they scheduled to arrive between 12:00 and 2:00 on Friday. At 1:30 on Friday they called to reschedule for a week later. They are unresponsive, unpunctual and unprofessional.
