went great. Worker was right on time. (sorry I can't think of his name right now) Great guy. Very kind in helping me understand what was going on with problems.

I am very impressed with the Lee Company. I'm very impressed with their professionalism, their responsiveness, and what they've done for me. I'm using them on a continual basis, but I'm not using them through Angie's List. By signing up for their service contract, I did receive a significant enough discount.

Everything was great, he gave me a couple of quotes on different projects that I wanted done.

Great. The electrician was professional and friendly. He did exactly what the Angie's Deal said he would do.

I needed my circuit breakers properly labeled. The company sent two electricians who arrived promptly and were friendly and professional. They worked diligently to identify which circuit carried each plug and switch in the house and labeled each one at the circuit breaker box. Also took the time to discuss some other questions I had and gave me a quote on some other work. I was impressed with the amount of work and time spent for the price paid. Very pleased. Would hire again.

Service guy was great. Scheduling was a problem. Lee Co. never called as promised, so I had to reach out myself.

It went just fine, I enjoyed working with both Wes and Shane and would use them both again in the future.

Plumber was very nice, on time, all went well. Major issue was that I never received a report even after requesting it. That is very unprofessional.

Inspection went fine - very professional; however, when quoting price for installing outlet in floor and other things, it was extremely high compared to other companies. Probably won't use again without coupon from Angie's List.

I had problems with my GFI switches that my Christmas decorations were connected to. Matt was very professional and explained everything he thought could be causing my problems. He went around the outside of the house to identify which outlets were connected to which GFI. The company that installs my decorations was there at the same time and he worked with them to make sure that all lights were working in time for Christmas.

I was told that the lights didn't work because the wrong type of bulbs were used, so not much was done. He did check the connections.

They called ahead from the parts supply company and came prepared to replace the potential parts. The other repair companies I have used in the past would rather waste my time and require 2 trips and more down time vesus coming prepared the first time.

The technical representative (Vladimir) was friendly, courteous and very competent. However, the initial charge was about $900. When we called the office we were told we had been overcharged by about $300. We got the impression that Lee would charge a higher number unless the customer objected or negotiated a lower charge as we did. The surge protector with installation was about $300 which leaves $300 for the other items. We consider this somewhat on the high side. Although our experience with Vladimir was pleasant he left no paperwork. We had to call the office to have a manual mailed out and an invoice sent by e-mail. Prior to this service we had Lee did on some of the jobs and found their bids to be high. Although we graded the overall experience at C, we would caution anyone to be wary of Lee's pricing policy.

Lee was hired to label circuit panels in accordance with their offer on Angie's List. We never got to that because I sidetracked their electricians with a variety of other tasks ranging from installation of a medicine cabinet to relocating light switches and repairing non-functioning outlets. Their personnel were skilled, courteous, and helpful in suggesting options for some of the trasks. I have scheduled them for a future visit, and maybe we will get to the labeling, but the list is long.

The service was prompt and professional and the technician put on booties when he entered the house. He checked all connections in the electrical circuit breaker box and then identified what breaker controlled which outlets/lights/appliances etc in the house. We signed up for an annual review for our HV/AC, electrical, and plumbing in the future.

It was good. There were some additional charges apart from the big deal offer. They were okay. However the electrical guy did not show up yet. We purchased the plan through them and they were supposed to come out and do the maintenance. The guy they sent the last time did not clean the outside unit and that was supposed to be part of it. However, the first time he came he was very good and cleaned off the unit and everything. This guy was too busy with things we had in our basement. He said that if we have a problem we can call him back because he did not see anything wrong at that time. I said that it was filthy and the wind blew it off. I was very discouraged with the second guy. The first gut that came was very thorough. A guy named Josh came recently, I don?t want to go into details of the things he said, but he just did not do anything. He did not even put the cover back on the unit in the basement. It started out as a big deal and part of the warranty program. When they came back for the service for the heating part which was the same unit that he pumped, he did not even know about the electrostatic cleaner on it. He thought that the popping noise was because of an electrical problem. The last guy who came just did not know what he was doing. But they were pretty responsive. Overall we were satisfied with them and they seem not to be expensive except for this last guy. He just did not clean the unit properly. Initially they were professional but the last experience we had was just not good. Except for this last gentleman, they have been very professional and they do show up.

I had a leak in the ceiling in my garage. I called Lee Company because they had a special. They came out and the guy had to cut a hole in the ceiling. He only cut what he needed and he was able to fix a copper pipe that had a little leak. They came out, gave me the estimate and did not charge me the estimate. He figured out how to fix the leak till I decided what I wanted to do about the estimate. He did a good job. I was so impressed with them that I did sign a contract for a whole year.

Lee Company had very good ratings and in addition, I signed up for a deal. The technician was responsive and we worked out a prompt service call. I liked him and the company very much and will sign up for an annual maintenance program in the spring. I was very pleased.

Lee Company is a great company. We have used them for years and years. When I called them, they were very prompt in coming out. They had to order the part because it is an LG refrigerator. They came out earlier and not late, which worked out well for us. They were courteous and professional. It is an excellent company. We use them for our HVAC, and they have done our inspections for years and years. I had purchased a big deal for an inspection, but I didn't realize that it is included in the contract that we have with them. They are good, they are just expensive.

They did not find the lead on the first visit, but our utility company confirmed that it exists. We asked them to come back, which they did for free, and finally figured out it was in an underground pipe. They never did drain our hot water heater, the "toilet tune up" consisted of putting blue dye in the toilets, and their "electronic leak finder" does not exist. So we were disappointed with the honesty of their advertising, and trying to convince us their was no leak even though we can hear it, but pleased that they came back out to finish for free. We also got a quote to repair and replace the leaking pipe that came back more than 3 times higher than a local plumbing company. I would only recommend them if you live really close to their address and have a really easy to find problem.

They were good and very reasonable. They were dependable and reliable.

We had an estimate from another electrician a few weeks ago when we were tossing around the idea of getting a hot tub. We've used him before, and many of my realtor friends use him - he gets rave reviews, consistently. His quote was about $800 for the job. A few weeks passed, we had the tub delivered and called our electrician to come hook it up. He wasn't available for at least a week and we were anxious to use our hot tub, so I called Lee Company to see if we could get it hooked up faster. A technician was able to come the next day, and we were excited. After looking at the job the technician quoted $2100 to do the job. I told him we had a quote from a different electrician for $800. He then told me that it was probably an electrician that works out of his basement, does questionable work, and isn't as good. I politely told him he was a good electrician, and I couldn't justify paying $2100. I paid the $49 service call and he walked to his van. About 10 minutes passed and he came to the door again. He "talked to his supervisor" and they were willing to drop the price to $1600 because he knows we are anxious to use our new hot tub. Obviously they couldn't lower their price to the 'small guy', but it was amazing how the price dropped $500 in 10 minutes! I declined the $1600 offer too. I will never use Lee Company for anything. I understand the technician may be the problem with bad manners, but the pricing really bothered me. The fact they can offer such a discount inside 10 minutes, shows how much they are overcharging.

I have been using Lee company now for several years. They have a convenient payment plan that allows me to pay monthly throughout the year for the two inspections and cleanings on both of my heat pump units. They are thorough, professional and punctual and care about what they do. I definitely recommend them. They also will give you a discount on work done if you are on the regular maintenance plan. Top quality organization and definitely recommend!

The technician showed up right on time and was very courteous. He was suppose to have someone with him to help locate which breaker worked what. However, his partner was unable to make it so I helped him. Our breaker panel is located in our basement so this created a lot of running up and down the stairs for him, but he never complained just kept thanking me for helping him. He found 3 of our breakers that were not properly installed and replaced those. This is a pleasant company to work with and I felt they were fair and did not try to sell me something I didn't need.
