Work was completed on time and within budget.

I keep all of my heat pumps where somebody comes twice a year. I will go with a B on overall only because I had to play hardball with them to get to a price I liked. For what I got I would give them an A on price. I would use them again. They would definitely be one of the companies I would have to give me a bid.

It went well. We got our A/C back in about a week, and it has worked well ever since. And I think having a maintenance contract is probably a good idea. I probably should have shopped around, however, to see if this was the best deal I could get.

Excellent. I was very impressed with the professionalism.

Install went well, it took a team of 2 all day (that was expected) but they did quality work. The outside unit was installed level and wires and hoses were well insulated, inside unit was the same, installed cleanly without damaging existing duct work. Installers were professional and courteous. They took measures to make sure they didn't dirty or damage our house. I would hire them again. Their price was a bit higher than other competitors but for me it was worth it for their quality reputation. Unit has performed perfectly for the past month with no issues.

Very professional organization. Punctual and the techs who installed new concrete pad and new unit were very thorough, made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction before leaving. We did get 3 bids--and while Lee Company was not the lowest, we chose them b/c they have been taking care of our Heating and Cooling needs for almost 2 decades. They honor their commitments to their clients, in our opinion.

What ended up happening is they had a $29 special for plumbing work. When we thought we were using them, they came out and told us that the problem we were having was the tank of the toilet was split. However, that was not part of the deal. The toilet need removed and replaced. We ended up going with someone else because they were cheaper. They are very responsive. I called on a Friday they came on a Monday. The work just ended up being more than what was covered by the coupon. They wouldn't be the first ones I would call in the future because I found out their process were a lot higher than others.

Fine, until I had an inspection. I or someone in my home could have gotten electricuted in 2 ways.

The plumber that came initially was prompt and polite and said that the freezing was a fluke. Unfortunately, that visit cost us nearly $200 even though we had the monthly maintenance plan and the visit was no more than 25 minutes. Of more serious concern was the estimate for the repairs. The project manager came out to gather information to complete the estimate. He was honest and said that he had a lot going on (internet provider being switched at home, etc.) that would make it harder for him to work so it would be about two weeks until we received the estimate. We were in email contact during that period. When we still hadn't received the estimate after three weeks, we chose to work with another contractor.

I was at work during the time of the repair, but my elderly father and husband said he was punctual and professional.

Fine. The technician was knowledgeable and thorough.

We use them for electrical and plumbing. They are outstanding. I don't think I'd use anybody else. We've used them at the house we sold and at our current house. They're expensive but they're worth it. The guy that does the plumbing is the only one that has come to our current place. His name is Justin, I even know him by name. The electrical and a different plumbing guy worked at the other address. It usually takes a couple hours depending on what the work was. They put on the booties and all that stuff.

Not good for me as a business property manager.

Found some issues, which were repaired at no cost. Found other issues that required additional cost. Showed us how to do some things for ourselves next time. Would definitely use again.

The young man was very prompt and very good. The inspection was fine. Both flappers that they put in were defective. The newest ones are working fine.

Good recommendations without any sales pressure

It's $99 a year for 2 visits, for spring and fall. I have been doing business with them for a number of years. They're very professional. The technicians are well trained.

In the last ten years I was sold two units, one at one house and one at another one.

I tired to send in the prepay thing, but he would not let me. We were disappointed. He refused to do the service call, he says that's not what we payed for it, even though we showed him the paper which said it included a service call. He was not prepared to do a service call. I don't think I got what I paid for, or what I told I was going to get. He was very nice and they did a good job I guess. They didn't do what they say they were going to. He was there on time. They were on it just fine, they were very punctual. He was professional. I just payed him for an inspection and one service call. We didn't get the service call. That's what I don't like about it. It didn't get what I paid for.

Very well as the work was done as requested.

They're prompt and on time. They got it done in one day.

They were knowledgeable, friendly and a great price.

The price was really high. The responsiveness was fine. It was just a matter of making an appointment and have my time. If their price wasn't so high they would have been the first choice.

Went well overall. I do feel $225 to dig a 2 foot circular hole with a shovel is high.
