Charlie Rice came today for our air condition service from Conway Services. He was very nice and professional throughout his time at our home. He explained everything that was on point with our system and showed areas that needed attention. We have been with Conway Services for about 5+ years and have always been extremely pleased. Charlie was the best!

The maintenance technician Vincent was professional, friendly, punctual, and thorough. He took the time to explain the assessment and results to me in detail and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. He then arranged for Mr. Fyffe to come the very next day. Mr. Fyffe delivered the same level of service, and helped me find the unit that suits my needs and budget, rather than trying to automatically steer me towards the most expensive option. Then HE arranged for it to be installed the next day! Troy and Josh arrived on time and got right to work; they delivered the same level of professionalism, patience, and expertise as Vincent and Mr.Fyffe. I am grateful for the professional and caring service, and the expedited manner in which it was given.

This was my first experience with Conway Services. Antonio C. went above and beyond what I had expected. He was very knowledgable, conscientious and helpful technician. A real professional! He took time to answer questions and to my surprise he placed the leaves he cleaned out of my 3 units in the trash not leaving them in the yard. Will definitely ask for him next time I need service.

From the consultation with Josh Blase, the Comfort Advisor and the two installation technicians Brandon Hill and Donald Tullos everything went very well. All were very professional, caring and respectful. It took two days to complete installation and we are very happy with our purchase. The two heating units keep our home very warm throughout the entire home.

James Gatewood was very punctual and professional. Despite some delay due to icy weather and snow, that caused some supplies to be delayed and other technicians to reschedule, He completed whatever he could and keep me continuely updated on the status of the job. They left the work site cleaner than what it was before the job was started. He took the time to find the best location for the new unit and he was very careful to be sure to not damage the other equipment in my attic. He was also working with a new technician and did an excellent job of balancing the responsibility of being a technician and a trainer.

The installation went very well. The new heating and A/C systems are working great, which includes a new April Air filtration unit and Nest automatic thermostat control.

Great. The technician, Ivory Lackland, showed up as scheduled and completed the job quickly and efficiently.

Lanier was excellent and professional in providing p.m. services on my two systems. (I have a service contract for this). This was a much better experience than the $1,300 soaking I received from Conway to replace a manufacturer warranty part (compressor). The event took a total of two hours to complete, so I paid $650 an hour for labor 😡, as the part was covered by the manufacturer.

Because it involved converting from electric to gas, and from a tank heater to a tankless heater, the job was a little complex and required multiple service people from Conway. They were all very friendly and very professional. The work took a lot longer than expected...the crew arrived before 9am, and worked until after 10:30pm. I felt sorry they were having to work so late, and suggested they just quit and return the next day, but they said they did not want to leave me without hot water. So I appreciated their diligence. They still had to come back the next day to finish up a few things, while I was at work. After seeing the final work, I had some questions and asked to have master plumber Bruce Bates come review the job. (He had been involved in the job for a few hours the day before, and I knew he did great work from a previous job he did for me.) Bruce looked at what the other crews had done, and although the work was completely functional he felt it did not meet the "Conway standards". He completely re-did the installation and corrected all the issues and aesthetic problems that he saw. I can't praise Bruce enough; the guy is an uber-professional and a craftsman. He takes great pride in his work, and will go way above and beyond to make sure it is done right. I told Conway to make a note on my records that as long as they will send Bruce to my house for plumbing work, I will never look for another plumbing company. :)

I got the hard sell for a new unit. They tried convincing me that I had a carbon monoxide leak. When I asked for the carbon monoxide level, they told me they couldn't measure it (even though the manager had a hand monitor). I got a second opinion which agreed that I didn't have a CO problem. In the end, I'm not sure if the guys were pushing me into buying a new unit or not. Last summer, they talked me replacing my other unit instead of replacing it (different issues). So fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. Needless to say, I didn't buy the hard sell the second time. In sum, if Conway tells you you unit needs replacing, get a 2nd opinion

Just great. Matthew fixed the faucets and showed me what he replaced, unjammed the disposal. I was expecting to be told that I needed a new one and was thankful he told me I didn't need one. And the tub drains, he gave me options that I could do. And I declined to have him fix them due to the cost and he told me what I could do to make the drain look better. Never felt pushed to choose the more costly option. He was polite, helpful and took time with me. I will definitely use them in the future.

It well very well. Jason Martin was the technician who stands out with the highest level of quality, professionalism and expertise. On a side note when he first arrived, I was a little skeptical, he looked so young. However, my skepticism was short lived. This young man did an outstanding job of providing quality service and representing Conway in a most professional manner. He was knowledgeable of his work, made sure that I understood the problem with the cooling system and what was needed to fix the problem. Within a matter of minutes, he was able to diagnose the problem and quickly began to get the job done. After completing the work, he made sure that my mother's home was left clean and neat. I hope the next I have to have service from Conway, Jason is assigned.

Great, technician did an excellent job, the extra work i had done, i was given up front pricing and it was done. He cleaned up and i was very satisfied with his work

It took them five days to complete. They cut the water line to run the new sewer line underneath of it so we were without water for two days. The plumber doing the work was quite rude to my wife. When they finished they left a lot of dirt in the driveway and one week later the ground started caving in where they did the repair. Called and told them about it and they said they would send someone out, it has now been two months and no one has came to do repairs PLUS now the water line is leaking where they cut it and I called five days ago and told them about it and they said they would send someone out to fix it. GUESS WHAT!! It's still leaking and no one has been here to fix it!!

Charged 89 for service call, a little high but not unreasonable. Found that the fan motor on compressor needed replacing, the part was under warranty but the labor not. They wanted 450 labor for 4 bolts and 3 wires. Not sure what other companies charge but for a 10 minute fix that is highway robbery. Conway has a reputation of high prices and it is well deserved, their work is acceptable but I think I can do better, I am done.

Bruce was knowledgeable, personable, efficient, helpful, and left the space cleaner than he found it.
