He showed complete professional service. I promised work was completed. He introduced him explained what he was doing and ask if I had any questions. He kept me updated on the work as they progressed through the day. He showed how to operate the thermstat and complete other work while another technican was showing me other things.

This was pretty much a perfect experience. I will recommend them to all my friends.

Not only did he repair my two HVAC systems and replace defective parts, he professionally cleaned them and, upon my asking, explained how they worked. I had nothing but trouble with the system that came with my house 7 years ago. After spending way too much money to keep my old system alive and using contractors I couldn't trust, I decided to start using Conway Services for my regular maintenance a couple of years ago. Because of the consistently high reviews on Angie's List, I felt comfortable that they were living up to the high standards that they promised. When my AC went out again this year, I decided it was finally time to just upgrade the whole system and get something reliable. Shannon came out the next day and looked over my system. We talked about all the available options and the pros and cons of each. I never felt like he was pressuring me, and I learned a lot about the various options. I felt the price was fair for the system I chose and don't regret my decision. The technicians were completely professional and friendly. They always wore the shoe covers and were very careful to leave my house in the same shape it was in when they arrived. The quality of work was excellent and I am very pleased with the system. The system looks great and I can tell a massive difference in performance and expect to see abundant energy savings as well. I will continue to use Conway Services because they are the gold standard in HVAC service as far as I am concerned.

Called Conway Services at 7:00 on a Wednesday night. Hot water heater was leaking but was contained in pan. On call technician walked me through shutting off water at tank. Thursday PM met with representative to discuss options. Chose to go with a more expensive tankless model rather than replacing electric water heater. This was based on experience with tankless heaters at my parents and other locations. Price was more than I had expected, but covered all work required. No hidden charges. Friday at 11:00 team showed up for installation. All representatives were on time and professional at all times. Put down carpet protection, wore booties and even cleaned wall where some rusty splatter had inadvertantly come out of old tank. Team completed work in about 5 hours. They checked all the faucets before they left and even fixed a bathroom fixture that had become clogged with debris from old hot water heater. I was extremely satisfied and I would certainly recommend. They won't be the cheapest quote you get, but I think you can trust that they are going to do the work right and they will not nickle and dime you later in the process.

They took great care to protect my home. they covered all floors they walked on an wore covers on their shoes. the crew worked until the job was complete. i didn't see them take a lunch break. they were extremely courteous and professional at all times. they cleaned up everything before leaving.

Anthony Little and Lance Skelton were in our home to run a gas line from our attic to the kitchen so that we could install a gas cook-top. While in the attic, Anthony noticed that our builder did not properly install the drain pipe from the water heater to the water heater pan. The hose was laying directly on the floor which would have flooded our downstairs had the water heater malfunctioned. To rectify the problem, the technicans installed 40 feet of pipe and cut a hole in the soffits to direct the problem from our flooring to the outdoor. Now, in the case of a water heater overflow, the water would go outside versus on the attic floor and through our ceiling. Their observation saved us from a possible disaster! Conway did an excellent on the gas line as well as the hose installation. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a job well done!

When we recently relocated to Olive Branch from Cincinnati, OH, we were disappointed that our new model home did not have a gas cook-top. My husband is the major cook in our family, and he was determined to have the electric cook-top changed to gas. We got several estimates in Nov/Dec of 2011, but decided to go with Conway after my wife joined Angie's List and saw the "A" ratings that their customers had given. Being new to the area, having Angie's List was a god send, has we had no experience with local companies. While Conway was not the cheapest estimate, we wanted a reputable company that other consumers had used and rated. While the plumber who gave the estimate for running the gas line was at our home, we decided to join Conway customer "Comfort Club", which gives us 10% off any requested servivces, top preference for services and allows for annual servicing for our three (3) air conditioner units and three (3) furnaces. Although it had been more than 90 days since our estimate for installing the gas line to our kitchen, Conway honored the estimate and sent their technicians, Anthony and Lance to complete the work. Our home is two-story, and the location of our furnaces in the attic created a major problem for running the gas line. The technicians were afraid it could not be done, but they didn't give up looking for ways "to make it happen"!! Anthony called his supervisor (Jason?) who came out and toured our home, looking for possibilities for running the gas line. He didn't stop until he found a way!! My husband was elated!! They were at our home from 10:00 a.m until 7:00 p.m. the first day. They returned the following day to complete the job. Because of a previous appointment, they were not able to return until early afternoon, but called twice to keep us informed of their status. We appreciated that they were respectful of our time and did not leave us wondering if and when to expect them. Once they arrived, Anthony and Lance were great in getting the job finished, and making sure they cleaned up all the work areas. We could not be more pleased with their work ethic, politeness, courteousness and professionalism!! We are considering having a tankless hot water heater installed and have already asked for the same two technicians !! They were EXCELLENT, and we would recommend Conway Services (especially Anthony and Lance) to all our neighbors and friends. We are two Happy Customers!!! :-)

Gave me a price the day after looking at the job. They had the best warranty on labor (5 yrs as opposed to everyone else's 1 yr). Their crew showed up exactly at time they said they would, completed job, cleaned up everything, and asked if there was anything else they could do for us before they left. Their office called the next day to check on things and again a week later. Everyone I dealt with was a complete professional. Highly recommend using them

They were really nice. They were a little expensive though, they did a good job. I would recommend them to anyone because it seems like they did really good work.

I spent about $4000 on their services. They were easy to do business with and they did what they said. I got what I paid for. The people that came out and the quality of their work were very good. They did what they said and they put booties on. They cleaned everything up really well. They did not make a mess. I will use their services again in the future if I need to.

I called them at 7PM and they came out that night and repaired it. I would give them an A overall ,and I would use them again.

It was a large job, two units each. The air conditioners were a three ton unit and a five ton unit, they replaced both. I'd say in my experience they did a good job and they were very professional. I compared their prices and found them very much comparable to anyone else as well.

Overall, the knowledgable staff sent to my home gave me credible solutions for different problems. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with HVAC issues as well as plumbing issues.

Work performed in good time and prompt and punctual attitude with good co-operation. Estimates given in early July (deposit given) and work performed late July and into August. Completed and paid balance on August 4th, 2011. Good results and well done.

We didn't have any complaints. They were thorough, timely and courteous. We haven't had any problem with the merchandise. Their prices were comparable. We would most definitely use them again.

Overall, I could not have asked for a better experience (except for spending $3100, of course.) The plumber who came to do the estimate was by far the most professional of the three I got estimates from. He wrote a detailed estimate (as opposed to "replace broken sewer pipe," like the others wrote) and explained it to me. Because it was not possible right then to determine whether a leaking toilet related to the sewer problem or was a separate problem, plumber stated he would fix toilet for free even if it was not related to his estimate.However, initially they did not provide the lowest estimate. I called and asked if they would meet my lowest price from another written estimate. They agreed. They scheduled the job for two days out ann showed up right on time that morning. The workers were friendly and professional. When I got home at the end of the day, the manager was there checking the work and testing all the water faucets (new water line). He did extra things--walked me around to show me where to look to see if hot water heater starts leaking in the future, offered to replace a light bulb in the attic while he was up there, and did a quick fix on an unrelated problem with a shower head. He also said that even though the leaking toilet appeared to be ok after sewer system was working again, they would honor their promise to fix it for free if a problem arose in the next couple of days. CIty sewer and water inspectors came the next morning and company employees got there early to meet them. As luck would have it, there was steady rain for two days soon after the yard had been dug up. Quite a bit of dirt washed out of the yard and there was a big hole washed out under the sidewalk. I called this morning to see if they will help me. They immediately agreed to come look at what has happened and do the work to get the hole under the sidewalk filled in. I will likely have to pay for materials, but that is fine because I feel they are going the extra mile to do the work since they are not technically responsible for what the weather caused once they had completed the job in an appropriate manner. In short, I highly recommend this company.

An interesting service experience. I dropped into the Conway office to get a replacement HVAC filter for my Lennox central unit. Conway has recently added plumbing service. Tthe front desk person was soooo nice that I scheduled a needed plumbing repair on a faucet. I also booked for an overall plumbing inspection on my 8yo home. I did know that a hot water heater should be drained and checked. However, Memphis water is pretty good, so I had never flushed my hot water heater. Not only did the unit really need to be flushed... on my goodness.. the anode rod was almost totally gone. So, I replaced it. It just seems rare today to receive such friendly, competent, timely service. I have already sent an email to the owner. The young plumber who came was just awesome. But, I also wanted to f/u with Angie's list and describe my experience.
