They were excellent guys. I feel like they built my porch/deck as if they were building it for themselves.

The owner came out to do the estimate and we went with him. We did not know that he is basically a broker. He subs out all his work. He stated that they would come in 2 to 3 weeks. I took them almost a month to come out to measure the roof. The guy came on a Thurs and stated they would be coming the following Tues. They were a no show and no call to let us know. The lack of communication was almost 0. The only way I found out was by calling them. The owner said they would be out the following week and that did not happen. It took them about 7 weeks. The quality of work from the contracted roofer from GA that came 2 1/2 hours from me did a poor job on the flashing around the Chimney. He also left all the leave on the roof and covered them up with the neoprene, then put the metal on. When I question him about the flashing at the chimney he stated that was the only way he could do it. I talked to the owner about it and through the conversation when I told him it was not right he got upset with me and stated if I knew how to do the roof that I should have done it myself. They came back and I told them what needed to be fixed and also showed him(owner) some pics from the internet how it should have been done. I was unable to be home when they came...they only sealed all of it. The roof sent me a pic of how the flashing was done to defer the water and his job looks no ever close to the proper way. So, in my mind they had no intentions of doing it right or they just did not know how. They also did not put a boot on the exhaust sewer pipe at first. They said they do not do that. They did do that when they came back the second time since I said it should have one. The roof is metal and the roofing contractor gets most of the reason for the bad review. Now the gutter guy did a great job. Jon Vos...would use him again. Weather Tamer I would not recommend.

After several delays, the project was finally started and they did a really good job installing our siding. The guys were both pleasant and listened and respected our wishes. Kudos to Odell and Steve for a job well done!

Liked the company and they serviced me well.

I called Weather Tamer to get an estimate on replacement windows, which we desperately needed. The owner was in our area and came out the same day. We decided to replace our roof, windows, gutters, sliding door and soffit. Our house looks great! Everyone is super nice, I feel like I have known them for years!

The company reps showed up on time, unlike another company who never showed at all, the presentation was informative, and the work performed was done in a timely manner. Would use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

The owners were kind, respectful and I never felt pressured to buy anything other than what I wanted. The workers were kind, fast but very good, and was very respectful of the inside and outside of my home. I really liked the "down home southern" type hospitality. I would highly recommend them for any jobs they do. And...they cleaned up before leaving, very nice professional experience.

Did not do what I told them I wanted. Dimensions of roof written down wrong. Didn't take the tape measure away from him and measure it myself. Guess I should have, but he was supposed to be a professional. Deck not finished properly. Had to come back and re-do part of it. Two-day job drawn out over more than three weeks. Customer service not good, workmanship not good. Word not kept. Wanted to do work on Sunday. Very dissatisfied customer. Will not use Home Advisor again or Weather Tamer Windows. Some customer consideration would have solved all problems. Didn't expect perfection, but did expect to get what I said I wanted. Didn't happen. Bad experience.

The workmanship,quality, and customer service was extremely competent. I would recommend this company to anyone.

The house looks wonderful. The workers were courteous, efficient and very nice. The know what they are doing when they come on the job. The time for completion was true to the estimated time given by the owner. Thank you for a job well done :)

Everything I was told at the signing of the contract was true at the completion of the work. Work was performed and finished in the time agreed upon. Iam completely satisfied with the work and clean up. I felt sorry the guys worked right thru the rain to complete the job. I strongly recommend them for roof replacement.

Very organized and efficient workers, Wish I would have had them when I was growing tobacco. The job looks good and I have had several good comments.

Steve Webb was very responsive and excellent to work with during my recent vinyl siding and replacement windows installation that was completed this week. Work was completed on time and the subcontractors were outstanding. The project was started on time and the work was preformed everyday (weather permitting) until completely finished. Steve was always available for whatever questions I had before, during and even after the work was completed. I highly recommend Weather Tamer and will use them again for future projects.

I think I was SCAMMED out of my $2000 deposit!!! Its been 8 weeks and I haven't heard from Steve Webb about a delivery date. I have NO ADDRESS only a PO box. I've made numberous calls and rarely get a return call. I'm getting ready to file legal charges. IS HomeAdvisor going to help me with this?? An address would be a start. Jim H. Crossville TN

Siding Installation Subcontractors did an excellent job and were professional in their work. Gutter subcontractor was also excellent and I would recommend both subcontractors to do siding and gutter work. Weather Tamer management overhead costs were about 35 % of the job and too poor of management for the price. The wrong material was ordered which caused delay to the siding as well as gutter installation causing rain damage to yard after old gutters were removed too soon. Needed a roofing contractor to do roof repair before siding, but was forgotten then when they showed up was too late and had to do the work myself (very disappointing). If you hire Weather Tamer make sure you do your due diligence in checking other contractors and don't let them pressure you into signing a contract until you have checked the price and work of all contractors you may find yourself with a better price for the same work.
