Very well. They fixed the belts and looked generally at how well they were working.

I called on a Tuesday, and I was told someone would return my call that day to schedule an appointment. I didn't receive a call on Tuesday. I called back on Wednesday, and a couple of hours later someone returned my call. We scheduled an appointment for that Friday between 10 and 11. By 11:15, no one had arrived at my house, and I hadn't received any calls indicating the technician was running late. I called the office, and a nice man said either he or the technician would call me right back to let me know what was going on. 15 minutes later, I still hadn't received a call, and the technician hadn't arrived at my house. I called the office back. The man in the office said the technician was "on his way". When I asked if "on his way" meant 10 minutes or an hour, he said he wasn't sure but that he'd find out. A couple of minutes later I received a call from the technician himself. The technician said he was "on his way" and should be at my house in 30 minutes at the most. He indicated he'd "had some trouble" that morning, listing off a couple of excuses. I told him that 30 minutes wouldn't be convenient because that would be more than an hour later than our scheduled time, to which he replied, "I told you I had some trouble this morning, sweetheart. Do you want to reschedule?" I let him know that I preferred to cancel since he was (1) very late, (2) didn't call me himself or have his office call to let me know he was running late and (3) condescendingly called me "sweetheart."

The providers were outstanding. They checked every room, every connection, the motor, the main connection. We would definitely call them again.

I called and left a message regarding a non-working central vacuum. Bobby called me back to find out details but I was at work at the time. He told me to call him on his personal cell phone when I got home and he might be able to save me a service call charge by troubleshooting over the phone. I called him later than I wanted to and he was so kind to troubleshoot a very simple fix to my system right over the phone - at NO CHARGE!! Dealing with Bobby was truly out of the ordinary - I highly recommend him. It felt like talking to a really good friend. Thank you Bobby!

Outstanding responsiveness and service. The work was done to my total satisfaction. While here, Bobby discovered another problem that we had that was totally unrelated to his call or business. He did a bit of troubleshooting and went out of his way to call a friend to give me advice.

They are wonderful and very nice. They have pretty much everything you might need and service any brand.
