I called and left a message regarding a non-working central vacuum. Bobby called me back to find out details but I was at work at the time. He told me to call him on his personal cell phone when I got home and he might be able to save me a service call charge by troubleshooting over the phone. I called him later than I wanted to and he was so kind to troubleshoot a very simple fix to my system right over the phone - at NO CHARGE!!
Dealing with Bobby was truly out of the ordinary - I highly recommend him.

Outstanding responsiveness and service. The work was done to my total satisfaction. While here, Bobby discovered another problem that we had that was totally unrelated to his call or business. He did a bit of troubleshooting and went out of his way to call a friend to give me advice.
