We were able to use a special promotion, so we paid only $60 for a year's service, as opposed to their normal rate of $180! Harry, the Owner (I guess he's the owner, if not, the Manager), is always available to reach by phone and answer questions, even on the weekends! We have a very expensive air filter that we pay for each time our unit is serviced, and are pleased that Aire Serv does NOT charge us retail for that filter! We've even searched the internet for the same filter and the price they charge is the least expensive around!!!

The work was done three years ago, but it was a good experience. The technician arrived quickly. He was personable, did the work and we were satisfied. He even let us know that our bulbs were emitting a lot of heat, so we switched those bulbs. Their price was reasonable. We had no problems and we were happy with their work.

We’ve been with them for a few years, and they do a good job. They’re really good about following up; if they don’t reach me, they’ll call back or send a reminder in the mail. The technicians have always been courteous and it’s been a good experience overall.

They were a good company to work with! At the time, they were running a special so their price was excellent. I’ve had no problems with the work that they did.

I found Aire Serve in the phonebook at first, since I needed a new air conditioning & heating unit. They provided a bid, which was competitive. The technicians arrived on time and as scheduled. They also finished the job on time. Because they did such a good job, I signed an annual contract with them. Any questions or issues I’ve had, they’ve been incredibly responsiveness. It’s been a good experience overall!

I checked with other companies but I felt as if those companies were trying to push things on me but Aire Serve wasn't like that. They installed a new air conditioning unit but there was a formation of the ice balls on the pipe that connects to the AC. The five ton AC was running on a four ton furnace. They realized the problem and replaced the whole heater for free.

We bought a new home and the day after we moved in, the 20 year old air conditioner broke. Air Serve did the air letter, so they were responsible for the problem. They sent men out quickly and "fixed the issue", but the air was not working a few hours later. They again sent men out (after a night in 100 degree weather) and the air worked for a few hours, but was broken by that evening. Finally, they replaced the inside air parts, but the machine still did not work properly. The owner came out himself and said his men made some mistakes. He said after thirty days, he wasn't responsible anymore and he would suggest we replace the air conditioning system. Eventually, the whole air conditioning unit was replaced inside and outside the home, but not without teeth pulling and ~600 dollars later. They acted like we were winning a prize for recieving an air conditioner for 600 bucks. The air letter should have encouraged the old owners to replace the system, and we wouldn't have had this mess. (Apparently they spent over a thousand dollars a month earlier on the same unit 'upgrading' it.) If it had broken just a few weeks later, we would have been out thousands of dollars. He also insisted on cash on demand. He would not consider a bill or other payment plan. We closed on the house the day before, we didn't have a lot of cash on demand. Although the service did the appropriate thing in the end and replaced our air conditioner, it was a real pain, and we had to pay for something the old owners should have taken care of and should have been in the air letter.

I brought an Aire Serv tech out to inspect a periodically failing unit that a competitor could/did not diagnose. A more thorough system inspection and some additional questioning led to finding the problem with the system and the determination that my heat-pump condenser compressor had to be replaced. Aire serv checked the unit history and offered to do the work under warranty. They were priced in the middle of the pack of the contractors I contacted. I eventually chose a competitor who bid substantially lower to actually do the compressor replacement.

I chose another company because their product had a better warranty and I liked the finished look of the installation much better than the option this company offered.

The rep from Aire Serve came out promptly, looked over the entire heating and A/C unit under the house and gave me options on replacing the A/C unit as well as a highly cost effective solution to a worn flue pipe on the heater. The work was done two days later, took half a day and was cleaned up well. The staff was friendly and efficent.

They came on the same day (Saturday) I called. I had told them the condenser fan wasn't running. Their technician (Aaron) checked the unit and found a bad capacitor. He then checked the fan motor and found the coil readings were not good. He had the necessary replacement parts with him and repaired the unit. Very friendly and knowledgeable technician. Fast and neat job.

Harry arrived at the appointment time, provided a written offer, explained the options completely and he was not "pushy." After he was told that he won the contract he set the installation time and again arrived on-time. The workers were neatly dressed in company uniforms, the left the work area very neat, and the quality of the installation was first class. I strongly recommend Aire Serv for their service and responsiveness. They were also very competitively priced.

They came as soon as they were called and checked out the a/c and heater unit and fixed they problem right that someone else messed up. They were wonderful. They also had to replace the heater free of charge of someone else bad wiring that they were having to fix.
