I had purchased the "Deal" for A/C cleaning and inspection for $39.00. They called me to remind me that I had the deal and needed to make an appointment. I told them I had 3 units and asked if I could get the extra 2 checked for the $39.00 each. Aire Serv agreed and we made the appointment. The service tech was on time, polite, friendly and did a thorough job. He explained a few problems which might eventually show up and even obtained a quote for a new unit so I could have some idea what they were costing in 2012. He was not pushy about fixing things that were showing wear but still functioning - he was just informative. I definitely got my money's worth on this deal and would recommend Aire Serv to others.

Overall, we have been pleased with the service from start to finish. They were respectful to my home by putting on the shoe covers when they came in; they told us step by step what was going on and then once they were done, they explained everything and made sure it was in working order before leaving.

It went great. I bought a 1 year contract with two testing and cleaning dates.

Can't really state since I was at home when the service was performed. But did keep calling to schedule an appointment so my coupon would not expire.

They sent two service men and compleed the work in about 5 hours. It was raining but they had a pop-up shelter and performed their duties withouta hitch. Answered allmy questions (many) without complaint. Very pleased with the product and service. They cleaned up after themselvesand you couldn't tell they had been there, except forthe new a/c in the yard. Well pleased with their work.

Arrived on time, very courteous. The service took about an hour, but included an unsolicited quote on a new system.

He recommended new ductwork in one of my systems, which we will probably have them do. They have a 12 month, same as cash deal. He explained everything well and he did not pressure me at all, was just honest about the condition of the system.

John was well informed, professional and very helpful. He went beyond inspection by helping me with the pilot on my gas logs. He said my HVAC was well maintained. He did not pressure me into any other services, although I did sign up for regular inspections. I like to deal with local, privately owned businesses.

This is the second time I have used Aire Serv and both times they have been thorough and responsive to my questions and concerns. Since I was home and am a curious person, I followed the technician (Robby) while he performed his work. He answered all my questions in a clear manner as well as showing me examples of his explainations. As mentioned earlier, I was using an Angie's List Big Deal ($40) plus I had a component replaced ($80) on our heat pump. Robby finished this up in no time and even provided estimates on other services I am considering. Total service time was about 1 hour.

We had to replace an a/c unit. The company was excellent. They were very responsive, recommended an appropriate unit and at a reasonable price. I compared prices after we decided on a type of unit and AireServ had the best price. Harry was great to work with. He was knowledgeable and recommended an appropriate unit. He didn't push us to get something that we didn't want or need.

Went extremely well from the time I scheduled the appointment to the time they left after doing the work. Very impressed!

They were able to make the repair, and came back and checked over everything. They wound up replacing my entire duct system, and it's made a big difference in the cost to run my A/C. They were quick and did a really good job. They even offered a portable A/C while they were making the repairs.

Aire Service was very professional and accommodating to our schedule. While we originally had just purchased the Tune-Up, I ended up purchasing a maintenance contract on one of my units. The tech spent a good bit of time explaining the current condition of my unit and was not in the least bit pushy on the maintenance contract.

A very thorough inspection and cleaning of HVAC system

I called and made an appointment. They were pretty courteous. The pros outweighed the cons, which is why I give them an A. I think overall they're a good company, but the only thing that was annoying was they gave me a window of hours of when they would possibly be there versus just give me a time. When I called them to find if they could give me an exact time, the guy had somewhat of an attitude. Also when the guy got here, he didn't even let me know he was there - didn't even ring the doorbell until after he looked at everything. But my security camera and system picked up on him and alerted me that he was there. He found that I had a leak in my heat exchanger, so was unable to clean the unit. But I'm glad he did, because at first I thought he was pulling my chain, so I called to get a second opinion. Indeed the heat exchanger was leaking and carbon monoxide was seeping in. I was glad he found it which is why I say he was knowledgeable. He told me I would need to replace my system and the ductwork and after a few more days of research, I found that to be true. The reason why I did not go with this company, and decided to go with another company on Angieslist, was not the price - he was actually a good price. I run an online marketing company, so I understand when someone is selling me or being real with me. While he was knowledgeable and being real, I think if he just told me what was wrong without the sales pitch and using some scare tactics, like telling me I had mold when I didn't have mold since I had that inspected by a professional and know it wasn't mold - otherwise I probably would have gone with them.

It was a very good experience. The serviceman was extremely nice. I was thoroughly pleased with them.

They called and let me know when the techs would be arriving. They arrived on time and performed all promised work in a professional manner. They courteously answered all our questions. We would definitely recommend them. When we need a new unit, we will be calling them.

It went great overall, and I am happy that I found them by purchasing an Angie's List "Big Deal". I couldn't be more pleased.

We purchased three of the Best Deal certificates for service on our own residence and two rental houses we own. The service on our house and the first rental house went fine. The technicians showed up on time and performed the service. As we expected, both told us we had some mold in the systems (not surprising, considering the age of both properties), and both told us we could replace the entire system for something in the neighborhood of $4,000. We declined. The only problems came with the second rental property. When the technician arrived, he could find no one at home. (Our tenant stated his son was home, but unfortunately the son was a sleeping teenager, meaning Armageddon wouldn't wake him up.) We called Aire-Serv to give them this information, and whoever we spoke with was abrupt to the point of rudeness. We then spoke with our tenant again, who stated he would call his wife to come to the house and she could be there within five minutes. When we called Aire-Serv back to relay this information, whoever we spoke with only snarled, "Yeah, right!" and hung up. By the time his wife arrived, the technician had left. We do not blame the technician for any problems coming out of this episode, but we have no further use for office staff that would speak with customers in such a manner.
