They did a great job. As a matter of fact, we are going to have them come out here this spring to do their service for us. They did the big deal they had on and we got some more work possibly going to come up down the road here in the spring time for which we would need some help from them. They were real good and real professional. We were pleased with them. We will tell others where we found these people and how easy it was to locate them. Everybody has been real polite and real prompt. They've done what they said they are going to do. We would tell others, if they need to find somebody that does a good job, to look on Angie's List and that's how we found them. Their price was normal as everybody else and they were within the ballpark. They did a real good job and they did what they said they were going to do.

They took the time to explain everything to me. As a single older lady, that was real important to me. I purchased a service contract with them. They were terrific!!!!

Called office first thing in the morning and was told a technician would come out about 3pm. At 3pm the tech arrived and diagnosed the problem correctly, and quickly. Gave me a fair price and performed said repair. Robby did a great job and was very professional.

We initially called because we had a problem with the set-up of our air-distribution and wanted to consult about some changes. We also took advantage of an annual cleaning and inspection of our two units. The appointment was made within days. After the technician finished his work in cleaning and evaluating our units, he (Robby) fully and carefully explained what would need to be done to alleviate some of our problems and then priced each part of the job, We decided on having the work done and an appointment was made for the following Monday. We also signed up for their bi-annual .inspection program at that time. Monday morning at the appointed time, Robby came and introduced the men who were to do the work They were careful, courteous and competent. The work was completed and seemed to be of excellent construction. We are very pleased with the quality of work of this company and would heartily reccomment them to anyone.

They were very professional, they came out on odd hours because we had some troubles and they me told that the unit needed replaced. I was happy with the experience.

We were given a time frame when to excpect the tech (2 to 6 pm). The tech ran a little behind and called twice at around 1.30 and 1.50 pm, even thoug we had no specified time, only a 4 hr. time frame, so this was already a plus in our book. He arrived at 2.15 pm and checked, serviced and cleaned the HVAC Unit and installed new filters. He told us if we have any problems or concerns to give the company a call and someone will be out ASAP. This was a Big Deal from Angies List for HVAC Maintanance and we were very happy with the service (and the price). We had another co. at our previous home and paid almost twice the amount and got lousy service! We will keep this co. for routine maintanace and service even without a Big Deal Coupon.

I appreciated them calling ahead of time to make sure to give them the measurements for the filter. I made the mistake of not buying for our two systems and they were very accommodating about it. The technician was punctual, and wore little booties to protect the floor. I would highly recommend them.

Arrived on time to inspect furnace, but found a problem. I decided to change out the furnace, since it was 13 years old.

Technician introduced self and gave a brief description of his experience and credentials which I appreciated. Went straight to work after shown equipment. Thoroughly explained condition of system. Worked efficiently. Further explained how system works.

It was a very cursory inspection of my HVAC system, and not much servicing. I was told that my AC system is old and the compressor is mostly likely not functional. They said that in order to actually test the AC something additional would need to be installed, which was costly. They then proceed to provide a detailed estimate for a completely new system, plus installation. I later checked that the estimate was quite a bit above what I could get elsewhere, online or via big box stores. Overall, the visit was more like a sales promotion, which clearly was their purpose for participating in an Angie's List "Big Deal" offer.

The technician was there on time and was very professional and courteous. He found some areas that needed repairing and explained what should be done in detail. My husband was especially appreciative of his patience in explaining the issues with our heat pump so we could determine the importance of suggested repairs.

Overall, I was very satisfied with their work ethic.

They came to inspect our HVAC unit. They were nice, prompt and seem to be a good company. When we questioned whether the furnace/AC unit was diagnosed correctly, they came back to double check and reassess. They gave us several replacement options and, thankfully, do not give any sales pressure.

I called Aire Serv after an unsatisfactory experience with another company just two weeks before. I was so satisfied with Robby's service and performance that I will use Air Serve exclusively in the future.

The service was okay overall. I’ve had similar deals in the past in which Freon was added during the inspection, but they did not do that in this case.

We were in the process of selling our house and needed to get some repairs and service completed on our system. Had a quote from the inspector and called Air Serv to complete the servicing (Angie's List special) and provide an second estimate. There estimate was significantly cheaper for the same service. The technician showed up on time and was very nice. He completed all the the repairs in a timely manner. I would definitely utilize this company again.

They came when promised. Informed of us of what parts would age and approximately when. They were efficient and I would certainly recommend this company to anyone.

I contacted this company when I saw a deal on Angie's List for heating unit inspection and cleaning. They called me right back with an appointment time. The service technician came at the appointed time and went right to work, first checking the unit in the attic, then the one outside. He found some mold and removed as much as he could- recommending a product to prevent further growth. He showed me all the areas he was working on and answered all the questions I had. He was very thorough and did a great job.

I had purchased the "Deal" for A/C cleaning and inspection for $39.00. They called me to remind me that I had the deal and needed to make an appointment. I told them I had 3 units and asked if I could get the extra 2 checked for the $39.00 each. Aire Serv agreed and we made the appointment. The service tech was on time, polite, friendly and did a thorough job. He explained a few problems which might eventually show up and even obtained a quote for a new unit so I could have some idea what they were costing in 2012. He was not pushy about fixing things that were showing wear but still functioning - he was just informative. I definitely got my money's worth on this deal and would recommend Aire Serv to others.

We were happy with how professional he was; we think the work was done well and he suggested things we could do to improve the system, but didn't pressure us into purchasing anything. We plan on using them again in the future.
