They did a fantastic job. The employees were helpful, professional, cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. We could not have asked for more. We called and the next day everything was fixed. Would definately recommend them.

These guys are good! Starting with my initial contact - I called them based upon level of positive reviews on Angie's List - I was very impressed. Office manager explained their service, including annual contract options, and scheduled a maintenance call that best fit my needs and that would occur within a particular 2-hour window. On the day of service, I received a call from the service rep approximately 30 minutes before he would arrive, to insure that I was ready for their visit. He and his helper (a young college student in training for the summer) were exceptional - very courteous, very professional and very clean (both wore slip-on cloth shoe covers when entering the house). The service rep himself was clearly knowledgeable and experienced. One component (a blower motor capacitor) that tested out of spec was replaced at a very reasonable added charge (included in the estimate of cost noted above). Potential issues and parts showing wear were shown to me along with estimates of cost in the event of their failure. No attempt to up-sell or create alarm was made at all. Those items showing some wear were described to me as something to keep an eye on, but probably not any immediate concern. My next service (pre-winter season) will be scheduled by them and they will contact me to make arrangement for that visit. Very comfortable in recommending this provider!

Quality job done the right way with great care and attention to detail. I was very pleased that it was not a "rush job" although the installers stayed very busy. I was at home for the entire job and was particularly impressed with the lead tech at the jobsite regarding his knowledge and keeping me informed about the job and the progress/process.

They came out and did the work as stated within the deal. Everything went well.

Technician said A/C had a leak but did not try to find it but I guess I got what I paid for. He did try to sell me the maintenance package but I declined.

100% professional from start to finish. Technicians were well groomed in clean uniforms and very customer oriented. They took pride in their work and completed the job ahead of schedule.

Arranged for inspection and cleaning. Service technician was promptly on time and did thorough cleaning and inspection. He was very courteous and clean, using foot covers when working inside. No repairs done but made some suggestions on what may need to be repaired prior to sale,

Very kind, quick and professional. The tech found the problem right away, gave me options, installed a new thermostat, and left everything neat and tidy! Best of all, he did not try to sell me things I didn't need and he was nice to my children.

The worker was prompt and very professional. He talked to me about what things needed to be fixed and why. He showed me the replaced part after to show me why it needed to replace it. He was very neat and cleaned up after himself when the work was completed.

Happy with service although they (and all service company's ) were pushing high cost services,filter systems etc. If you don't' want it just say no.I did buy a years service that includes 2 cleanings,fall and spring and replacing filters. It seems to be a fair price,although it had to be bought "Today".

We first contacted Aire Serv using their coupon on Angie's List. I called for an appointment and set one within 2-3 days for a 2-hour window. The technician called when he was near, and was right on time. He set right to work. He took photos of the mold on the exchanger and showed them to us before doing anything. He also explained the situation with the faulty (actually, incorrect) capacitor on the compressor and recommended replacement. When we agreed, he cleaned the mold thoroughly, as well as took care of the capacitor. He also advised on air filters in the return vents. He left literature on a more expensive option to control the mold (there would have been a same-call discount, but we declined). We were sufficiently impressed that we bought a contract for semi-annual maintenance.

Good experience. Thorough job cleaning the HVAC, even crawled under the house to do an inspection of duct work, found one duct on the ground and reattached to vent. Great job for the price.

They provided the service and provided estimates on other services - should they become necessary (which I thought was useful).

Associate was prompt and explained every item they were checking and had no issues with me following around and asking questions regarding what they were doing.

We needed the routine maintenance on the HVAC system and Aire Serv had a deal through livingsocial which we purchased. Setting up the appointment was easy and fast. The day the technician was to perform the service, he called and said he was ahead of schedule and asked if he could come earlier than the two hour scheduled window. I agreed to an earlier time and he arrived right on time. He was very courteous and neat, diligently wearing shoe covers when walking though the house. During his inspection, he was friendly and answered all of my questions and took time to explain what he was doing and what he was looking for to determine if there were any existing or potential issues. I asked him to look at a loose connection on the exhaust duct from the gas furnace as an elbow had come apart. He took the duct work apart and was able to repair the elbow without having to install a new one. He did this at no additional cost as part of the service. He also recommended that we install a carbon dioxide meter in the upstairs was the gas furnace is located in the attic.

It went well. The serviceman was very professional and informative .

I did not like that they could not find the Freon leak the first time I had them out. Then, this second time, they told me all of the expenses I would incur because of this leak. I have spent about $290.00 on Freon twice now and we still don’t know where the leak is.
