I was very satisfied with the service I received and with the technician who performed the work. I liked them so much that I purchased an annual service contract and will continue to use them in the future.

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service and they did a great job. They gave me a very good price to completely put all new duct work and underneath my house. The big deal was for $39 and it was great, but that was just for the inspection. They found a couple of things wrong with my furnace and so I had to pay an additional amount of $120, and then an additional $4000 to do underneath the house. I haven’t been underneath the house to look at their work but it seems good. Everybody that’s been under there has said that they’ve done a pretty good job.

We were very pleased with the two technicians, Robby and Karl, who came to inspect our HVAC. They were very helpful to explain what they were finding, replace a needed part, and answer our many questions. They did not pressure us to buy anything but, upon our request, Robby wrote out several estimates to give us an idea what it would cost to service and to replace our 14-year old system. We could not be happier with their professionalism--they even wore booties to protect the floors--and look forward to doing business with Aire Serv again in the future.

After a truly terrible experience with a previous Angie's list HVAC provider I had come inspection and clean my AC & Furnace, I gave it a second chance and purchased a coupon for an AC/Heating inspection and cleaning from Aire Serv. I was called prior to the technicians heading to my house. Robby and Karl arrived promptly. They were both very professional right down to putting shoe covers on everything they entered my house. I was told exactly what they were going to do (a 25-point inspection/cleaning of both my AC and Furnace). Once the inspection/cleaning was completed, Robby told me that both our units were in good condition (for their age) with no major problems (the guy who came before from the other company said I had a leak and he could fix it for $850!). Robby did tell me that he noticed 2 minor repairs that needed to be considered - (i) the door switch on my furnaced was bad but had been previously bypassed and (ii) the capcitor for the condenser fan motor was not working within the desired range. Robby said that the capacitor was the 1 item he would suggest replacing and he did not think it would be cost efficient to spend the money necessary to replace the door switch due to the age of our units. I so appreciated his honesty and candor. He did also suggest I purchase their maintenance plan and when I asked about the cost he said they had a special rate right now for Angie's List customers. In addition to inspecting and cleaning the AC/Furnace twice a year, the maintenance plan also gives us a 15% discount on any repairs. Robby said I could purchase the plan and they could replace the capacititor right then and give me the 15% discount. So for only $133 more, I purchased a maintenance plan and they replaced the capacitor before they left. Further, the filter on our furnace is an odd size which you can only get at HVAC supply stores. Robby offered to call a supply store and get a quote on the cost of a case (12 filters - 1 per month), which he did. The cost for me to buy them at the store would be around $60-$65 but Robby said I could ask them to order them for me and the cost would only be $50. I would recommend Aire Serv to anybody. I went from 1 terrible experience where the technician was only at my house for 15 mins and the quoted me $850 for a bogus repair job to a perfectly professional experience where Robby and Karl were professional, courteous and desired to do their job well but also to save me money. I was impressed with this group when they did work for my brother, also on an Angies list coupon. At that time, and later at my home, the service reps were courteous and professional and took the time to provide useful advice. I was completely satisfied with their service.

They were very thorough and explained what they were doing.

The service man arrived promptly at the appointed time of the scheduled appointment. The service appointment was scheduled within a week after my initial call. He was personable, courteous and considerate. He used shoe covers when working inside our home. He completed the inspection in a timely manner and gave me a detailed written report of all that was found. Our system checked out without any problems, therefore no recommendations were necessary..

Robbie and Carl were on time and immediately set about to complete the inspection. Both of them worked as a team and completed the work in about an hour. They did not rush through the job, answered all my questions, and to me, went above and beyond to ensure I understood what they were doing. I was a bit skeptical of all the "A" ratings but they certainly deserve them. I will be taking out a yearly contract with them to ensure my unit stays in excellent condition. They NEVER made any attempt to sell something I did not need. I feel I received my moneys worth and then some!

They told me I needed a new air conditioner system. They fixed it temporarily and gave me an estimate on a new air system in the thousands of dollars. So I got a second opinion from a company named Crew who told me the same thing but said they could do it cheaper. Crew didn't even fix it temporarily........I was without air for several days. Crew also accused Aire Serv of doing something to the system. Aire Serv did come over the same day to make sure Crew was not ripping me off. In the mean time my neighbor called a man that worked on her air conditioner. He arrived that same day, went up in the attic and got all the water out of the drain pan, and blew the blockage out of the drain pipe. Aire Serv claimed that is what they did temporarily to get the system working. He said he could tell that it had never been blown out. Anyway he said I didn't need a new unit. It is now September and I have not had a bit of trouble out of it. He saved me thousands of dollar and one big headache.

We used them because they offered a coupon for Angie's List members but when they came we found the coupon wasn't worth much. We decided that the next time we needed our unit serviced we would use the co. that we normally use.

The guy who came to my house was very nice and professional. I could tell he really knew what he was talking about. He explained what he found and why it was an issue or could become an issue. He put on booties when entering the house.

The inspection went well. The service rep was prompt, courteous, and efficient. He explained why the capacitor was needed but did not push me to let him install it because I told him it might be under warranty. He even called the manufacturer to see if there was a warranty (it has expired) and advised me to check with the company that had installed the unit to see if there was an in-house warranty. The company that had installed the unit told me there was an in-house warranty but it was void because another company had inspected the unit. I am now using Air Serv as my bi-yearly heat pump/ac inspector.

The inspection went very well. The inspector was very professional and friendly. He cleaned everything, made helpful suggestions but was never pushy (i.e. like someone there only to make a sale). My A/C unit is quite old but works well. The inspector did everything he could to accommodate the units (furnace and a/c). I could not be happier with the service.

This service provided was outstanding, I purchased the Big Deal and was contacted the same day to schedule. The technicians who came out were very knowledgeable and thorough. In addition, they did not rush and took time to answer all my questions along with giving me tips and suggestions. Looking forward to using this company in the future.

They checked my old unit and informed me that there was a lot of rust. They said they could make it work but it wouldn't last for long because it would leak. They informed me of prices and warranties for units they had available. I selected one and they installed it the next day. They cleaned up behind themselves. Due to not having access to the inside of my house while they installed the unit it blew hot air when I turned it on. I called the technician on a Saturday morning and he came over in less then 30 minutes. He made an adjustment to my thermostat and all was working great. Excellent service.

The first schedule appt I had to cancel due to a sick child. The next available was three weeks out - telling me that the service was oversold. It was the only opening, and on Labor Day 10 am to 12 noon, so I took it. I also took the day off to be there. Because I was mowing the grass and didn't answer the phone that morning, I was informed I would have to reschedule when I called back about an hour later. I was very disappointed that a scheduled appt was dependent upon a telephone call that morning to confirm, especially after waiting almost three weeks. They did call back later and offer a late-afternoon appt, but we had holiday plans for the afternoon and could not be there. I think there should probably be a qty limit to prevent such over-selling and the resulting waits. The policy for auto-cancel on the day of the appt for not answering the phone is a business decision I do not agree with, but it's a free market, and as such, I will shop elsewhere.

Technician was 5 minutes early and very polite. Instead of trying to tell me things needed to be repaired now, he fixed what was immediate and gave me a report and price of two other items saying they did not need action now but he would inspect next time. He said one would probably last more than a year. I was expecting him to say he recommended replacing them now but he was honest. I appreciated him not trying to sell me everything. I did buy a maintenance agreement with him. They waived the diagnostic fee so the visit and the contract was cheaper than another company wanted just to come to the house. Very pleased.

Punctual, polite, painstaking, fairly priced! Who needs more!

They arrived on time, took time to explain what they were doing. Professionals to the max. We will definetly use them again and we would recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

Provider was on time, very courteous and professional. Explained what was going to be done and proceeded to get to work. When completed the provider provided a written explanation of findings and recommendations with an cost estimate of work that need to be done. I felt comfortable and felt like the provider was honest and trustworthy. I would recommend them highly and will be contacting them regarding the work that needs to be done to my heat pumps.

This maintenance went extremely well and way beyond anything that has ever been done by our previous a/c and heat pump yearly maintenance company. That was the first sign that told us that Aire Service meant what they say, they want customers to be very happy and we were. In fact, Aire Service has a new customer, US!!! Aire service is excellent at calling and making sure we were satisified with their service. If we had any questions, and we called them, Harry or Carolyn would call us back and take the time to answer or explain anything. They thrive on making customers happy and satisfied with their service. That is what I like about family owned businesses that take their customers to heart. We were very pleased with Aire Service and would highly recommend this company for your a/c and heating needs. The service tech that comes out, respects your home as they would their own...takes every step to show this. They also take their time in making sure everything is done properly and thoroughly. They definitely do not do a fly in fly out service!! They go beyond the maintenance you might think you would get. Everything is done so professionally and the tech as well as the whole company are very courteous!!! They make you feel like you are part of their "family". Harry did a follow-up call to make sure we were pleased with the service. I call that dedication and concern for their customers. This is a company that we WILL recommend and will also become a new customer!! Thank you Aire Service for your service and your care for your customers!!! Two thumbs up to Aire Service!!

No issues scheduling after the Big Deal purchase. I contacted them.

So far, they have done everything I have asked them. They have been very thorough. Scheduling the Big Deal was a giant mess up. Their emails went to my spam. I was irritated because they did not have a phone number for me and I wasn’t receiving their emails. Angie’s List gave the company my phone number and eventually we were able to schedule. Once we talked on the phone, everything was fine. The Big Deal was $39 and I feel that is excellent price.
