Made sure I knew how to program it and made suggestions as to which temps I should use to save on energy and my electric bill; changed filter. Made other suggestions that ensure maximum performance.

I have been using their services for two years. I have a annual maintenance contract with them. To schedule I call them a few weeks in advance to make an appointment.

Robbie was a true professional. He explained my entire heating and cooling system to me. He explained some preventative things that would be needed to avoid future repairs and some repairs that could wait. He reviewed the warranty items on my system even though he was not the one who sold or installed it.

I phoned the company at 10:30pm to request a price for someone to check a problem with my air conditioner not working properly & was told by Harry, the owner, that someone could come anytime. I scheduled an appointment for the next morning. James called & confirmed that he would be here as scheduled. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time & was able to resolve the issue quickly. He explained everything that he had done & also gave us a price quote on some additional work that we had requested. James was very thorough in his explanation of the problem with our system. I was pleased with the professionalism & courteous manner in which Harry & James communicated with me. I will be using this company again for some additional work that I needs to be done.

My furnace was acting up, so I called and scheduled an appointment. They were prompt and very thorough in diagnosing and fixing the problem. I will use them again.

This was most definitely an A+ job all the way! I knew before calling Aire Serv that my old system needed to be totally replaced. I sent an email to them and they came promptly and on time to give me a quote, was extremely professional, and friendly. On the scheduled day the Techs arrived cordially introduced themselves and got straight to work. The work was done promptly in the time frame promised and to exemplary standards. I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of workmanship and detail and the bill was within the agreed upon price. All parties involved were highly skilled and knowledgeable. I will definitely be recommending Aire Serv to my family and friends.

It went excellent. They were on time and did a good overall job.

Great. Problem solved, and they corrected some other issues that the original heat pump installer had caused by doing his job poorly. When something came up a month later, they came out the same day and fixed that, too.

It was a big deal purchase and it was great. They told me it was some maintenance work and that was it. The knowledge about the system and everything is what stood out.

The Tech was great he told me what he was doing and what needed to be done to keep the system up and running.

I purchased the check up plan. I had a gas leak and had to fix quickly. I called on Sunday afternoon and they send someone on Monday. The tech person explain the process. The have to check and and permit in order to turn back on the gas. I thought the process would take max 2 days. However, Because the owner was out of town it took until the end of weeks. The tech person tried to make some excuse such as it was the city problem but when i called the city they told me the owner has to be. Also, When i called several company the charges was more than twice of this company. I was not happy about they were not honest with me. When I asked them about 15% coupon they told me it was already included the price!! . I agree with one of the reviewer about selection of company you can not trust the grading system here!. It maybe it was my bad luck with this company.

Aire Serv was great! After purchasing my condo, I called Aire Serve to get a second opinion of my heat system. The inspector I used during my home purchase had told me I needed to replace the current system. I wanted to get a second opinion so called Aire Serv. They came out within the week, inspected my system and gave me a detailed breakdown of its condition. They too recommended a new system, and provided a wealth of information on my current system that the initial inspector did not. Air Serve quoted me prices on three different systems, went over the pros and cons of each system and answered all of my questions. I went ahead and contracted with them to replace the old system. Before the work could be done, however, I needed approval from my HOA. My HOA requested information on the new system and I contacted Aire Serv and asked them to contact the property manager. Aire Serv was more than happy to liaison with the property manager, providing them with information on the new system, the work that could impact the condo and even diagrams and photos. It took a while for my HOA to approve the work, but during the wait time Aire Serv contacted me every few days to let me know they hadn't forgotten about me. When my HOA finally gave the go ahead on Friday, Aire Serv came out that next Monday and got to work. The technicians were friendly and knowledgable, answered whatever questions I had during and after the installation, then cleaned up after themselves and left. I cannot recommend Aire Serv highly enough. Their professionalism and willingness to work with my HOA and property management went above and beyond. If you're looking for quality service from friendly, skilled professionals definitely give Aire Serv a call.

The associate sent to the house was professional, prompt, and clean cut as well as knowledgeable. The capacitor upstairs was less than 10% active so I asked that it be replaced as advised. The downstairs capacitor was working well enough for now. The insulation on the freon line had disintegrated so I asked that it was replaced as well. I decided to sign up for a yearly (bi-yearly visit) mainetance deal.

Aire Serv did a wonderful job - detailed and thorough inspection as promised - better than other/earlier companies who charged much more - will definitely use them again - highly recommended.

This went really well. He was courteous. I found the service call to be very positive. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I am really satisfied with his service. I would use them again.

Very professional. The only minor confusion was that I had asked them to contact my wife prior to showing up at the house. This message was not remembered and they attempted to call me at work a number of times. When I reminded them of my request, they checked the notes and promptly apologized for not contacting her, instead of trying to call me.

Work was performed in an excellent manner. The cost of the repair was far less than what I had expected as the problem was less serious than I thought it might have been. The technician was most honest

Service provider arrived on time and explained the work he was going to do both on the outside unit and the inside ductwork. He was neat after completing his task. I am satisfied with the service done and will continue using them in the future.

This wasn't your typical service call. My grandson had just brought home a baby kitten that he rescued and we are going to keep it as a pet. He put the little kitten on the floor in our kitchen for just a minute and the next time we looked down the kitten was gone. When we got down to floor level and looked under the kitchen cabinets we found that the air conditioning duct has no protective grill on it and the kitten went into the hole and down the duct pipe. We could hear it crying but couldn't reach it. I put on some old clothes and went into the crawl space under our house to see if I could get the cat out of the duct pipe. The task turned out to be more difficult than I imagined. After considerable effort in disconnecting the duct that the cat fell into it was nowhere to be found. I next went to the main duct, took the end cover off and saw the kitten but he ran down the pipe and away from me. By this time I had disconnected several pieces of ductwork and done some damage to at least one of the ducts and decided I better get some help. I will add that I am 68 years old and found that crawling under the house was difficult for me. I went to Angie's list to look for some recommendations on an HVAC company with the hope that whoever I called would help us retrieve our lost kitten. I called Aire Serve and spoke to Carolyn who was immediately sympathetic to our plight, which was a blessing. I was afraid that the HVAC companies might refuse to take on the task of taking duct work apart to find a lost kitten and we would be stuck with no alternative. She immediately dispatched two technicians to our house and they arrived within an hour of my initial phone call. The two technicians, Rob and Carl, went under the house and got the kitten out of the ductwork within 15 minutes and then went about repairing the damage I had done to the ductwork during my attempt to free the kitten. After our drama with kitten was over I asked Rob about doing some additional repair to the ductwork of our HVAC system. About two months ago I had been told by another technician with different company that our ductwork was not in good condition and needed work. Rob left me with a quote for some follow up work and I would certainly ask the folks at Aire Serv to come back here to do that work. During this whole episode Carolyn at the Aire Serv office called to at least twice to keep us informed as to when the technicians would arrive and to inquire about how the job was going. She had a genuine interest in helping us find our lost kitten and for that we are grateful. She took the whole situation as serious and immediately sent help. Obviously a big thank you to Rob and Carl, who did the work.

Service techs called to let me know they were coming on the scheduled time of appointment. arrived on time and proceeded to do a complete inspection of our system. I pointed out that the electrical shut off box was hit by lighting and I had purchased a new box with breaker, which they installed for me at no charge. ( how nice was that). Also found i didn't have a float switch in the condensate pan I had them install one. Very good service and also good recommendations for upgrades made. Looking forward to them coming back for the spring tuneup.

Professional and courteous. Let me know about condition of my heating and air systems. Didn't try to up sell me like some company's do. Only issue was that the panel on air handler had fallen off after the tech left because it was not replaced properly (taped on instead of hooked together and then seams taped ) .

Provider responded to my inquiry on the first day I called. They set up an appointment. They called me on the morning when servicing was due and let me know they were on the way. Two men arrived. They were clean cut and professional. They covered their shoes before entering my home. They replaced filters inside house and proceeded straight to my HVAC unit and began work. They checked and cleaned everything and then went over with me what they had done. They pointed out one issue but did not believe we had yet reached the point of needing to do anything about it. They provided a written detailed report of their work. They answered my questions without being in a hurry to leave. When finished, they thanked me for the business. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them.
