Scheduled first visit within a week. Aire Serv arrived on time, very professional and performed maintenance review of our HVAC system. No problems noted. Will return in the fall 2014.

Super price. Super Job..... Super Team.... I would hire these guys again. They did a great job; Harry, Billy, James, and DJ. A four day job and it turned out beautifully. The work went very well. The technician called to let me know that he was on the way and were very courteous. They covered their shoes before they came into the house and explained exactly what they would be doing. They found a capacitor that was under-performing and explained why and the options that I had. Before cleaning the cooling unit, they explained why they were spraying a liquid on the unit and what the liquid would do. When they were done, both units were put back together properly. After the work, I was asked if I would like for the faulty capacitor to be replaced and if I would like to purchase a service plan. I declined both because the capacitor was only not up to full strength but still worked.

The heat pump had stopped working on a very cold day. Betsy arranged for someone to come that very day. She called when the technician was on his way and he arrived at the expected time. Harry was very professional and efficient. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it and made a recommendation to improve the efficiency of the overall unit. We have done business with this company for a couple of years now and have no complaints.

It turned out good. They gave me the Angie's List price for another year's worth of maintenance contract, for them to come out twice a year. So I basically bought the same thing again from them. The people that came to the house were pretty easy going and explained what they were doing. They were very personable.

Aire Serv had come out a month prior to fix our heat which wouldn't kick on at all. They were out promptly and fixed the problem... or so we thought. The weather had warmed up and the fan was blowing so we didn't realize it wasn't blowing hot air until a month later when it got cold again. Once we realized our unit was only blowing cold air, Aire Serv came out right away. It turned out that the previous worker bumped a wire which caused the air not to warm up. The second worker was very honest, explaining everything and fixed the problem free of charge. The second worker could of very easily lied and charged us anyway. We were very impressed with their honesty, promptness and cleanliness.

It was alright. They showed up and found a couple of problems.

We had them out to service, replace a filter etc for a new home. Harry and his crew were out twice. The first time they were out and cleaned and made suggestions about needed repairs. We had them back out because they forgot to put a cover back on. When we called to explain our concern, Harry called back right away and had a crew out within 2 days to address the concern. As far as professionalism and communication, they were excellent and very responsive.

It was fine. He came and examined the stuff and told me what I might need. It was I asked for. He was fine. He told me what was wrong and how much it would cost if I needed it fixed. He did what he had to do. The price was good.

Guy came and checked and couldn't have been more through and was nice as could be. The second time he came out was just as good. Also deleted mold. Refereed to someone who could fix that issue.

The workers are down-to-earth, explain what they've done clearly, and answer questions understandably.

two technicians arrived on time, with advance notice. both were very professional and very hard working. They had to dismantle both the old and new furnace in order to get the units in and out of a small opening to the furnace location. The gentlemen worked diligently throughout the day to accomplish the task, without letting their frustration show. I have used this company before for regular maintenance and highly recommend them.

They were awesome. I was without heat beginning early Sat evening. I had already called another service (who was on Angie's list incidentally) and that service never called me back until the following afternoon even though they assured me after 2 calls that someone would be calling me in a few minutes. So, I called Aire service when I saw their great reviews. I didn't need them to come out until Sunday morning and James arrived promptly. He knew what was wrong but had to wait until Monday morning to get the part because it was a different HVAC brand than the one Aire Service carries. James arrived promptly Monday morning as promised and took care of the problem. I have now signed on with them for my continued maintenance. Thank you Aire Service!

He didn't give me any options, he just went ahead and put 5 pounds of Freon in the heat pump. Within three days, the Freon had leaked out. I called them back because my heat pump was doing the exact same thing that it had done before. Before I called them back, I got another heat and air company come out to check it out and they told me that the heat pump didn't have any Freon and they suggested I call the other company and tell them what happened. This other company also told me to put my thermostat on emergency before putting in any Freon since my heat pump had such a bad leak and until the leak could be fixed. I called Aire Serv and they sent out a manager to check out the unit and the manager said the the technician put down there was no guarantee how long the Freon would stay in. Since Freon cost so much, it seems that Aire Serv's technician should have told me the same thing that the second heating and air company told me. Aire Serv's technician was not at my house very long and it seemed to me that he really didn't check out my system as he should have; but for the manager to come in and just say what he said about there being no guarantee, that they knew the Freon wouldn't stay in and it was just a quick way of getting money instead of looking out for the best interest of the customer.

I had several quotes and trust me; I did my homework when it came to such an investment. This company caught my attention from the start. I automatically noticed that any and every negative comment that was posted on Angie?s List was answered, justified or explained and that meant a lot to me. If companies didn?t care enough to comment or defend themselves, then why would they care about you? That says a lot right there to me. I cannot say enough about this company. The professionalism and honesty is what sold me. They never ?spoke down? about their competition as some other salesmen did during this process and I respected that. They beat everyone else?s price hands down. The quality of work was great; all the installers paid close attention to detail and answered any question I threw at them. I HIGHLY recommend them and will never use anybody else.

Robby showed up promptly, inspected my unit and was very informative and helpful.

I first had Aire Serv over to do their $39 Big Deal inspection. Two young men came right on time, stopped at the door to put on shoe socks, then commenced a meticulous examination of my furnace system for almost two hours! They left me feeling very confident for the time being in my aging system. Four months later I had to call for emergency service about noon on Christmas Eve. The gentleman answered my call, told me he would come late in the day, and would call about 45 minutes ahead. He did exactly that, called about 45 minutes ahead. Aire Serv is outstanding.

I liked their price and customer service. They got the work done quickly and used quality parts. They wore booties every time they came in the house and came back to check on the work without charging me.

They were on time and very nice. However they could not access my unit because of the forest that had grown up around the area.

Told me all was well for now, but to save money because I would have to completely replace it in the nest couple years :( My system is 10 years old - guess they don't last long. The service was on time, actually an hour earlier than I requested, and I am happy with the tune-up job.

I was in need of a replacment for my 19 year old HVAC system. Found a great deal on Angie's List for replacement. On the last day of the promotion (friday) I contacted Aire Serv with questions about the deal and sure enough, they would replace my old heat pump system with new system. I contacted Aire Serv about my intentions and the issue I was having and got a reply that they were working to entend the deal to Monday and they did. Made the transaction through PayPal Monday morning and around that afternoon received a call from Robbie of Aire Serv that he would be out the next day between 9 and 10 AM to check the old system.Got a phone call the next morning around 8 that he was on his way. Later in the he phoned to say that he located the new system and could install it the next day. Mark and his crew were there early and very professional and courteous and it was notice that additional work was needed for the ductwork and would completed without an increase to the quoted price.
