it went well. The agent was very professional, and he was very informative.. kept the floors clean because he put on the little boots..all in all very professional.. will use them again. as a matter of fact, I'm getting ready to call them now.. thanks

My AC went out on one of the warmest days of the year and I called them first thing that morning (a Saturday around 9). They answered the phone on the first ring, and a technician was at my home within the hour. He found what the issue was within 15 minutes, had replaced the part, and had cool air flowing within a half-hour of arrival. He was courteous, kept me informed, and worked diligently for the entire visit. The experience was as textbook as they come; however, considering the customer service rendered by many providers these days, I was deeply and truly impressed.

Robby came and performed our 2nd maintenance. He checked the unit very thoroughly. He found some conditions that need to be dealt with. We may not of wanted to hear them, but it was very important and we are glad he brought them to our attention. We need a new unit in the near future, so he gave us the reasoning's. We agreed with him and we will be contacting them to purchase a new unit. We are so pleased with this company and would recommend them to anyone. From the office staff to the technicians, we are very happy with them. They are so nice, polite, and professional.. Robby did the outdoor check, ductwork check and indoor check. We have never had anyone do all this checking in the 20 years since we had the house built. Thank you Aire Service!!! Great job done!!

I initially purchased the one year service agreement via Angie's List. The technician arrive in time and inspected my 11 year old Trane HVAC unit. He informed me that the drain pan under the HVAC unit (under the house) was cracked and needed to be replaced. On the same visit, I asked the technician to install the wifi Honeywell thermostat. The next day, which was Sunday, I called and said the heat was not working correctly. The technician came out on Sunday afternoon to check the zone board, which appeared to have a sticky relay. I asked the tech to order a new zone board and replace the cracked drainage pan, which was done a couple of days later (had to order the drain pan and zone board). I was impressed with the Company from the office representative to the technician. The technician was especially helpful in explaining in lay terms how the HVAC system and zone board worked. I enjoyed talking with him about HVAC issues. The cost of the work seemed a little high to me, but it may be that I'm out of touch with what these services cost. Anyway, I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

The work was done with the utmost care and consideration since we were at home for the entire 4 day effort. The installation team consisted of 5 of the most polite an courteous men we have ever had the pleasure of working with. When they entered the house, they covered their shoes with clean slippers in order to not track dirt into our home. They worked tirelessly in the attic removing all of the old ductwork and then designing and installing all of the complex replacement ductwork and air handlers with the zone controls. We could not have been more pleased with the Aire Serv crew and owner, Mr. Roberson.

Pretty good as far as HVAC tune-up goes, it's a twice a year service spring and winter. One thing they do that previous company didn't was they check the A/C both times of year. The outdoor unit was very dusty because it was only checked once last year.

Everything went well, no problems

A/C Coil leak was the problem. Replaced the leaking coils and refilled with 410A. Great experienced and knowledgeable guys. I would definitely call them again for the service. For the same problem I have called previously 2nd Wind and Air, they ripped me off by charging $1000 and then said there is no leak. Then charged me for the refrigerant and signed me up for 1 year contract, after few months all the refrigerant disappeared. Again 2nd wind and air try to charge me for $500 to refill the refrigerant. When AireServe Crew came for the repair with in 5 minutes they located the problem showed me a video and taken out the part and replaced in 2 days. I was impressed with their knowledge and professionalism.

The technician was friendly, respectful and professional. He found the problem and fixed it. He had an opportunity to upsell us on a new fan motor, but he was honest with us and told us the problem with it could persist for a long time without causing any issues.

There were some bumps in the road as the first technician had problems and caused some damage. However, they provide a follow-up check the next day and fixed the problem with no additional cost. The owner of the company called to check on us. Very professional and competent. We have booked them again for the next year's service.

Aire Serv, and Robbie, the technician, are excellent! Robbie is very polite and professional. He answered all my questions. He explained what he was doing, and why. I also had a programmable thermostat installed. Robbie was knowledgeable on all models and recommended a unit based on what I was looking for. I am very happy with his recommendation. Honesty and Integrity are two words that come to mind in my experience with Robbie and Aire Serv. On a side note, Aire Serv left me a voice mail the day before to call and confirm my appointment. I called their number after hours and went to their voice mail system. You are instructed to press '1' for an emergency, '2' to leave a voice mail. I accidently pressed '1' by mistake and hung up immediately. As I started to call Aire Serv back to leave a voice mail, my cell phone rang. It was the Aire Serv Emergency technician calling to see if I had an emergency! No more than 15 seconds had elapsed between when I hung up to when Aire Serv had called me. That is what I call service! Knowing I would get this kind of service if I had an emergency impressed me very much. I would highly recommend Aire Serv. They are not a high pressure, sales oriented, company. They will not try to sell you work you do not need.

The repairmen were excellent. They could not have been more thorough while being unbelievably cordial. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Mr. Roberson and his crew are the best HVAC people I have ever worked with. They replaced our old gas pack with a new higher efficiency unit and replaced all the duct work under the house and did it in less than 3 days. The Air flow in the house has never been better and now we have constant and even temperature though out our 1800 sq ft home. They also give the first years maintenance free and he left us a case of filters for the returns. They did all the paper work for the rebates which was substantial. I've never seen a crew of people who worked so hard to get the job done quickly and correctly. They cleaned up afterwards and couldn't tell they were even here except for the shiny new unit. We will certainly call them when service time comes... Thank all your guys for me please.

very prompt and courteous. was notified when the technician was en route. Technician arrived, explained what was involved and walked me through what he was going to accomplish. service was very timely and efficient. all inspections on both AC units were accomplished along with thermostat checks. After all was complete I received a debrief on issues/concerns. I was very satisfied with the level of service and professionalism. Will definitely use this provider again.

First of all, the company was very considerate in advising when their technician was enroute to our home. The technician (Robby Ilisie) was both professional and thorough in his approach. In addition to performing the service and system inspection, he noted and corrected several issues that had not been properly handled by another HVAC company. His honesty and positive attitude was greatly appreciated and will ultimately result in a maintenance plan with AIRE SERV when our curent plan expires.

Brought a tune up special on Angie's list. They called the next day, to set up appointment. Was on time. Brought a years service agreement. Will use again, if i have HVAC problems.

Initially Aire Serv responded to complete an Angies List deal HVAC inspection ($39). They actually came earlier than scheduled when they had a schedule change and called me to see if they could come earlier (couldn't have been better timing for me). Ended up providing service for a system failure that began the night before when my system actually had a mechanical problem. After completing a mechanical repair on the system and completing the inspection I added another $516 to the bill but it was worth every dime and more. I am certain it saved me thousands in a damaged unit in the long run. The original inspection and associated upkeep expenses to address deficiencies was reasonable and the system is working so much better I regret not having done it sooner. The technician, Robby, was superb. Very professional and helpful.

They came within two hours of my call.Very fast, professional,and very reasonable.Will absolutely use this company again in the future.Also signed up for their twice a year tune up deal.Very good price.

It was fine. They did what they advertised that they will do and I only paid for the price of the big deal. I did not have any complaints. They did the job and they were fine. I do not recall anything negative about their responsiveness and they were on time. They were very good. I would possibly use them again in the future.

Very professional and friendly. Put on his shoe covers and went right to work. Checked the indoor operating units in the attic and the outside unit. Spent the time expected. He suggested that we install an ultraviolet light to control mold/mildew as we have a couple of small spots forming. We said we would like to have that done on the next inspection in the Fall. We were very satisfied.

I have been using their services for a little under a year. They were very good and professional. They came in and changed my filters. It is a hard filter as it is in the ceiling and they have to use a ladder. They cleaned up well after the job was complete. What I really appreciate is that they don’t try to push work on me that doesn't need to be done. One time he did give me some information on something just so that I could look at it and learn more. I am pleased with them and recommend them to others.

The visit went very well. The company was very thorough. They assessed the heating system and then the air conditioning system. They reported back on all their findings. They left me a sheet with their assessment and recommendations. They answered my questions completely. I would recommend this company!

Our Service provider was Kai. He was very personable, easy going, quite willing to answer any questions and wore those paper boots on his shoes to protect the carpet. He was here an hour and I felt that he did a thorough job. Because of being on Angie's list, the price was very reasonable. The gal at the office was very nice and easy to talk to as I had questions before signing on Angie's list. She called the day before to make sure the times I had selected were still o.k and then she called me when Kai was on route to our home and shortly after he arrived. I am sure of using this company not only this year but next year.

They were on time, reliable and dependable. I'll use them again.
