The technician was very courteous and clean. He wore shoe covers while in the house and inspected the furnace in a timely manner and I believe thorough. Would hire this company again.

They did a great job. They said they'd be there between 12-2 and showed up around 12:45. Found something wrong with our AC unit and gave us a price to fix it, but did not push they fix it immediately. Would absolutely use again.

Did very well... unfortunately for all that expense, they left the system without a filter and I had to go out and buy one separately. For $3, it seems they could have done that!!!

Found an issue with Air Conditioner. We signed a Maintenance contract for 2 visits in which the problem with the air conditioner will be fixed when they are out. The problem wasn't serious enough for this AC season. They gave the cost of repair at$116.00 which seemed fair. They guarenteed that price for next visit. They found the outgoing Air unit on furnace was coming untaped. They repaired that for $30.00. They provided pictures of both issues and allowed us to decide if they should repair and the cost of the repair. Job was done and we signed up for the Angie maintenance price of $99.00 for a 1 year 2 visit contract. That was a good price.

It went fine. This great service is provided as a follow-up to Air Handler replacement by them. Travis is great...he takes the time to explain everything and makes sure we are totally happy with his work before he leaves. Nice, very nice!!

A small area around the back of my house caught fire. I put the fire out, made a call to these guys - the technician was out in an hour, came home, got everything set in another hour and I had my AC back up and running 2 hours after it caught fire! Great service, response and punctuality. Would highly recommend. A++

The company was on time and very detailed. Kai was excellent. He was concerned about making sure no dirt was tracked into the house. :) Overall this company did a much more detailed check than others have in the past.

James was the service technician that worked from approximately 10 am until almost 2 pm. Extremely knowledgeable, excellent troubleshooting skills, and repeated checking and rechecking after each change. Was most impressed by the quick response. We discovered our AC was not cooling around 8 am. Made a call to a different repair company did not receive a call back so we go on Angie's list and made the call to Aire Serv. We had a return call in less than 10 minutes and James knocking on our door about 30 minutes later -- on a Sunday morning.

We were very pleased with them. It was just one guy, he was a very likeable guy, very polite, very clean and very professional.

The work was great, the guys cleaned the area when work was finish. Mark, Dakota and Jordan work as professionals. Days later the unit didn't cool fast as I thought it should. I call Harry, I was surprise when he came by that late afternoon to check the unit. He said everything look OK as far as the unit working properly. It was very hot during this time. He identified a deficiency in the duct work in the attic that was done when the first unit was installed when the house was build. I knew he was correct, because I recall a service rep from another company saying the unit/duct work should have been angled different for better performance. Harry stated he would have his guys come fix that deficiency even though it was not his company doing. He stated the unit would cool better and he was correct. His guys came and corrected the duct work and Harry stop by about a week later to check everything. The house cooled much quicker. THANKS, It good to see a company that backs up the work.

Technician called my early Wednesday morning to provide me with an appointment ASAP. He provided me a 2 hour window in the morning which he kept as promised. Technician inspected entire AC system and quickly diagnosed the issue. He provided me a quote on the part and I had him perform the repair. He had my AC system up and running under 30 minutes. I will use them for all my AC/heating needs in the future.

Tech was on time, very polite, and got our a/c running. He repaired damage done by another a/c company. Prices were typical based on past a/c work.

It was fine but I think it's hard to remember who they were. We didn't go for their system because it was so expensive. It was really good but their price was a little high than in other places. If I remember properly, I think they came quickly. I wouldn't probably use them again because of the price.

Robby came out on the initial visit to inspect the old Heat Pump unit. He is a very professional young man. We looked at the unit after it was opened up and we discussed the different issues with the old unit. The old Gibson was over 22 years old and worked like a champ until the past two months. Robby hooked up the hoses to the unit and it was obvious that the unit had a leak. One of the capacitors for the blower was out of range and the electric contacts were badly pitted. I chose not to invest any additional money into the old unit based on the age and asked for a quote for a new unit and for replacement of all the duct work. He gave the quote the same day on 3 different units. I received 2 additional bids on the job and even though Aire Serv was not the lowest priced, I decided to go with them based on the professionalism of Robby and the reviews of previous customers on Angie's List. We scheduled a date for the following Monday morning. Two men showed up on time, looked professional, acted professional and answered any questions I had during the install process. They covered their shoes whenever they entered the house. I went under the house 3 different times during the installation of the duct work. They did an excellent job at every vent and return. They made sure that every vent was sealed, taped and screwed down. The new unit came this morning. Every morning someone would come to the door and let us know that they were on site and would be making noise under the house. I watched the installation of my new Carrier unit from beginning to end. I asked a lot of questions and inspected as they went. The team of 4, Billy, DJ, Mark and Dakota did an outstanding job. They cleaned up everything in the yard and under the house. They removed the side panel to show me the filters and asked if I had any further questions. I can say without a doubt that this crew is top notch and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone that asks. Great Job !!!!

It went okay. They came out and did a free service. They were good and they did good service. They knew what they were doing.

The tech was on time, his office called the morning before and made sure of the appointment time and date. The tech put a mat outside our front door and also had put on shoe bootys so not to track anything inside the house. I am very satisfied with the out come and the service that was provided.
