+ 1 moreWas given one flat fee. Work was done quickly and efficiently, and I did not have to pay until after the work was done. The paint job was not great, but it was sufficient for the price. The one complaint I have with this company is reliability. I own multiple rental properties, and although Mr. Gast showed up to do the work on this property, he did not show up to do the agreed upon work for my other property. When I called to find out why he did not follow through with the agreed upon work, he said he got a bigger job/project and had to postpone my project for a bit. He never followed up, despite my repeated attempts to reach him over the past month.
Description of Work: Minor kitchen remodeling (painted kitchen and replaced oven range, dishwasher, and kitchen lights and blinds) in condominium.
