I had several problems with the construction and they have an online submission to get those items repaired. Most the builder seemed to reject and say that they were not covered under the warranty? Many things were basic things that anyone with common sense would know is not right, but they would not fix it because that was the way it was on the plan. For instance, I have a light in my kitchen and the only light switch to it is in the living room. There was a long list of things that went very wrong with this builder and I was not satisfied with, but the biggest was the financing they had with Myers Park Mortgage. The builder quoted me rates of .75% lower than the current interest rates three times during the building process. But when it came time to actually do the financing, the mortgage company quoted me a price .17% lower than the current interest rate. So I hung up with the mortgage company and called the sales office at Keystone and they again quoted me a rate equivalent to .75% below the current interest rate for that day....nowhere near the rate that the mortgage company was quoting. Nothing was done about the rate and I was stuck with a much higher rate than I had anticipated. Definitely had the bait and switch feel.
Description of Work: I purchased a home from Keystone in 2008.
