Rainer should be recognized for his devoted service to this company. Not everything went as planned, as far as, what the salesman promised, and what was written in the contract (read it throughly). Rainer is going above and beyond to make it right. Service is key, and I appreciate him.

+ -1 moreCame out to give estimated. Miss some key foundation problems. When I asked about what they miss, was told that I didn’t tell them about that part of the foundation. Thought they were the experts in Foundation repairs , not the home owner . So no they didn’t do the work.
