Rainer should be recognized for his devoted service to this company. Not everything went as planned, as far as, what the salesman promised, and what was written in the contract (read it throughly). Rainer is going above and beyond to make it right. Service is key, and I appreciate him.

First off you need to be there when the work is to be done, Well I took the day off work and at 8 that morning they called to say the crew leader called in sick but they would work that Saturday to make it up and would be there at 10. Saturday comes and nobody shows, they finally call at 12 saying they'll be there after lunch. So they show up at 2 and start there work. It did lift the sunken place but the raised place that was my primary concern didn't go down. Well, the crew leader says they're done and wants their money. I told him no like that so they proceed to whittle and grind off the high spot. I asked about why they weren't sealing the expansion joints like in the product brochure. They complained that the job wasn't quoted right, and they didn't have enough material on the truck to do it anyway. They proceded to seal what crack they had material to do. I sat up on the deck watching them finish and they were all complaining of working the Saturday and not getting their bonuses on this job. The sealing they used ran out of the cracks after they left and formed pools on the driveway and the material they injected to raise the driveway blew out and was in the flower beds. When I asked the crew about this they said that's what the warranty is for, so I'm not sure how long this will last. The company contacted me about my level of satisfaction and I shared this with them but never got a response. I guess if they have your money they consider the job done. I would not use them again and if I had it to do over I'd look at other companies.

These guys did a great job. We recently had over 5 inches of rain in a day and the garage and crawl space stayed dry. We are very satisfied in their response in doing the job.
