Peter did an excellent job repairing my ceiling (water damage) and flooring—everything looked like new! The work was completed quickly and efficiently. He also did some restoration work for my parents and they were very pleased as well. I would highly recommend Gilman Restoration!!

As planned time wise. I think there was more damage than he bargained for but he was very thorough in getting it removed. I would definitely recommend him for such work.

Peter did a very thorough job of removing the mold and moisture and adding the moisture barrier. He was able to finish up the job a day earlier than he thought! We definitely recommend Peter and Gilman Restoration.

Peter came the day or the day after I called to ask for an estimate. He was thorough and thoughtful. He carefully explained the process and antimicrobial agent to be used. He sent me an estimate the very evening of the day when he came. I asked him to redo it to include sheetrock repair b/c I had not specified this when he was here. Peter was so courteous and added the additional repair of the sheetrock where he would remove the mold. He is conscientious and starting a much needed service. We ended up using the same company who had done similar work for us 2 years earlier b/c we were familiar with them, but I would highly recommend without hesitation Gilman Restoration .

Overall the company did a great job taking control of the situation and keeping the odor down etc. There were some machines left behind to continue the mitigation but they didn't bother us much. They were professional and answered all of our questions promptly via email and phone. They also handled all the insurance billing and we were left to pay the deductible.

We called Gilman Restoration to come out in the evening a couple months ago. A couple of guys came and extracted all the water that had come from a leak in our water heater. The left machines for a few days and handled all the insurance documentation. They were professional and did a excelent job cleaning up the damage. I would recommend them to anyone that is in need of water damage clean up.
