 + -1 moreCongoleum was supposed to pay them $350 if they did the job, and sent them a letter. William's said Congoleum owes them money so they wont come back out.
Description of Work: They put tile in my kitchen and we had a problem with it, they came once and had another problem, but they haven't come back to replace my 4 tiles.
