My second time using Brian to hang TV. Quality work

They were very professional and thorough before doing any major drilling in wall for my project.

Jordan did a great job. He was on time, he answered all our questions and he took all of the packaging from the new TV, sound bar and mount to the recycling center. Awesome job!

Jorodan was very professional, and pleasent. Gave me plenty of information for my security system. He installed everything, and set me up and showed me how to operate my system. He came back several times to tweek the cameras and make a few other adjustments. Top notch service and reccomend him highly.

Jordan is an exceptional young man. He arrived on time, troubleshot my equipmenrt, and took 2 components back to his shop He repaired one but could not fix the other because parts are no longer available for it.

Jordan came out right after we talked, looked at my antenna and said it was not turned the right way. He also checked the wires outside to make sure they were correct and added a better splitter and put it inside the box I already had. He made the adjustments outside and came inside and made sure the channels were coming in correctly. He double checked to make sure we had good signal strength, (now I know how to check the signal strength) He explained everything in words I would understand. He is the man in the Charleston area for Audio service. The price was very reasonable. Just super service and a super person. I am glad I found this site and they were able to recommend Total Entertainment Solutions, cause they were the solution to my entertainment.

Very professional and customer service oriented. The big box stores either didn't want to even attempt to mount the TV or charge extra because of the drywall on top of brick. Jared not only mounted the TV in the location I wanted but beat the price of the others standard installation.
