We hired this company to pressure wash our home. Overall it was not a great job. Dirt still on our porches, cobwebs in the corners by doors, etc. We immediately noticed squiggly lines all over the side our home but assumed it was still wet. After a day or two, plenty of time for it to be dry, we realized our house was damaged. He used too high a pressure. I contacted him and sent him pictures and he was completely unprofessional. He yelled on the phone and called me and my husband liars and said those lines were already there. We went back and forth for several days. I hired a different company to help remedy the situation and he finally agreed to give us our money back. He said he would call me Monday to discuss getting our money back because he was going out of town.... that was over 3 weeks ago. I waited to write this review because I wanted to give him ample time to remedy the situation. It is clear he has no intentions of doing so. He is unprofessional and I would give him 0 stars, but that’s not an option.

The owner called me directly. Quick scheduling with me. Prompt and on time. Very thorough, detailed, and he takes pride in the job being completed as he would do his own home. 110% Book em' buddy :) !!!

They redid and extended my driveway and also my parents driveway! Work was done quickly and with great quality!

DO NOT USE Finishing Touch Contracting, LLC. Whether as a result of a bad batch of concrete being used (Simeon Young, the owner, said 'It was not his fault') or poor quality of workmanship, my driveway is cracking and chipping on the edges. There is pitting throughout the entire driveway and sidewalk. The entire surface is washing away revealing wood chips and debris in many spots. After trying repeatedly to contact Mr Young to come look at my driveway, I contacted Home Advisor for their assistance. They attempted to contact Mr Young and after they threatened to terminate Mr Young's contract with them, he finally called them back. At the suggestion of Home Advisor, I pursued a solution by filing a claim with a third party arbitration firm to be reimbursed in full by Mr Young so I could have my driveway replaced again. The hearing with the third party arbitration firm was last Saturday and I should know their decision by tomorrow. Please save yourself a lot of grief and money and use someone more reputable.

Contractor came to my house the day after I called him, & gave me a very reasonable quote. He came the next day as promised & did a great job pressure washing house, driveway, sidewalk & patio. I am very pleased with service. Professional & polite.

I was very impressed the way the job was performed with furniture in the house, and they were able to reach places (20 foot walls ) with no mess or damage to my furniture .

When I first read the raving reviews, I was very skeptical. So delighted that I called them. Benton and Jasper were more than just polite. They were very mindfull of my furnishing, painting withiin the lines, no smeared doorjambs or paint on the floor. It turned out that one of the colors I chose required 3 coats of paint for the full richness of the color to show properly. They did it with no complaint. They “got” what I was striving for and it looks beautiful. Fantastic job, great guys to work with. A pleasurable experience. I will definitely hire them again when I’m ready to Continue with the painting.

This company truly exceeded my expectations on the power washing of my home and I will use them again! Actually, I just use them again for a second project... Landscaping, and again they exceeded my! I highly recommend them.

Simeon did an outstanding job. He went out of his way to make sure that the house was thoroughly clean before he finished

They were 2 hours late and I had to contact them to see if they were coming. I went over what I preferred done and they skipped two places. So I had to advise. I found out that they sprayed my outdoor landscape transformer which does not work anymore for some reason. Would not recommend them. Also expensive.

I thought the trailer would be washed not just presser washed

Wonderful service and a professional job. He did such a great job power washing our house, we asked him to come back the next day to wash our windows. We were very pleased with both jobs and would highly recommend them!

They were very polite and did what was required with no issues. After the job was complete a follow up call came, to insure there were no problems with the work.
