Simon is a very nice guy who seemed a bit distracted while doing my job. His price was certainly in the ballpark of what I expected to spend. I would consider calling him again for future work.

They showed up at the agreed upon time. I asked very specific questions about how the job would be completed. I wanted to be sure they were planning to make the perimeter of the driveway a minimum of 6 inches deep on both ends and both sides. I was assured by the job foreman that was the way the job would be completed. At the end of day 1 the area was 70% prepared and the form boards were in place. On day 2 I came back home just before the concrete truck arrived to find that none of the additional perimeter depth was dug out. I asked the foreman the edges weren't prepared, he had no answer. When i reminded him of the conversations we had the day before, he had the crew dig out what had been previously agreed to. They completed the pour and the broom finish was acceptable. On day 3 I noticed 3 low spots where the driveway met the sidewalk and street. I asked the foreman about it and he said they were planning to patch over that. When I asked if the patches would be noticeable, I was assured by the foreman that it would be seamless and there would be no issues with the strength and absolutely no chance the patches would crack. All three of the patches are glaringly obvious and have already begun to crack. Overall the job was fair, but I am disappointed with the patches. Even more disappointed with how I have not been able to get anyone to answer a call or return a message. I paid the final invoice because I was assured by the owner that once the patches had a few days to cure up they would be completely unnoticeable. If you use this company I would strongly suggest having a written contract and be prepared to enforce it.

They arrived on time, did the job (extended a walkway), and came back the next day to finish and clean up. The walkway came our exactly the way we wanted.

Simeon was very conscientious. He met with us and called back the next day with a quot that was more than fair. Then he came out and worked hard and did a good job for an excellent price. We were very happy with him. He was personable and friendly. You could tell he liked what he was doing and wanted to do a good job and he did do a good job. No money was requested up front, we paid when the job was done. We would hire him again and would recommend him to anyone.

Finishing Touches called right away, came over my house gave me an agreed upon estimate, completed the work the next day, and did a wonderful job.

They installed a 105 foot cement driveway and it looks amazing. The owner and the workers showed up on time and did an amazing job.

Pleasant and easy to work with

I'm so impressed. I have never had anyone I've hired be so professional. It was very pleasant and I'm sure I have the cleanest windows in Charleston. They even cleaned all the window seals. The last people I hired they didn't clean the windows seals.

Courteous and good work. Left a bit of a "water trail" on some floors, and window sills.

My large home with lots and lots of very dirty window was washed sparkling clean. Although Simeon took a little longer to complete the project than he had originally estimated, the quoted price did not change. Simeon was very friendly and hard working! Great job! I have already recommended him to my daughter.
