Crew was timely, and professional. They pointed out a problem with two stair treads, which gave me the opportunity to replace the treads, and the crew returned the next day to complete installing carpet on the stairs.

We collected the information from another vendor to insure two sections of hardwood matched for color, thickness, and sheen - the kitchen of this unit was done by another company for the former owner. Sales person would have done this, but the firm that laid the hardwood for the previous owner is a direct competitor. The sales person arrived promptly according to agreed upon schedule for measuring the unit. Once the kind/brand/etc. was determined, the matching wood was ordered and delivered according to the promised schedule. The installer arrived the first time when he was scheduled, removed carpet and tack strips, then measured the moisture content of the slab. He determined that the floor was too wet for installation of this product. A dehumidifier was secured and that, along with multiple fans and the a/c unit were run non-stop for 4 days. The 2nd measurement done the following week was within limits and the installation proceeded. The installer was always on time, polite, and worked hard. Over 700 feet of wood laid in two days with little waste. Clean-up was well done done every day. Even though the install was delayed because of moisture content, we were happy to wait as, for us, having it done right was more important than having it done sooner! There was a problem with voids in a few areas of the floor that this company said could be fixed. We opted to wait awhile to see if anything developed with the new installation before attempting a fix on the old. We would use these folks again.

Spent months looking at vinyl plank. Decided to use that material but when installation team arrived they informed me that slab in basement was not suitable to use that material. When carpet was re quoted salesperson determined a major error in square footage and price went up. They also tried to charge me a restocking fee.Called owner and he worked to make things right. Installation team was very good.

All staff were very professional, responsive and timely. The installation went very smooth and was perfect.

The quality of the carpet was wonderful and it was installed on time with no mess left.

The color appeared to be similar, and the sales person selected it. However, it was found that when the carpet arrived, it was much lighter than I remembered, and didn't really match the existing carpet on the floor. When I went back to compare the sample piece taken in to the sample on the floor, they looked similar, but the carpet installed was much lighter. At any rate, since I explained my situation to the sales person about this being the first time I'd ever looked for replacement carpet in attempts to match the carpet on our floors, I beleive the salesperson could have at least given the advice that it's better to go a little darker, because the small sample sizes the store provides for comparison is insufficient in truly matching carpet colors. Do take in as large as a sample swoth as you can (I took in a 6x6 piece), and do have the carpet provider also compare to a larger sample size than a 1.5 (2)" X 2" to ensure you match samples more accurately. Do make your questions up a head of time prior to meeting a sales rep. Do make sure to compare apples to apples (i.e. nylon carpets vs. less expensive synthetic carpets).... For instance, if you have a nylon carpet and want to remain with a nylon, ask about pros and cons for nylons as well as the pros and cons for less expensive carpets as well.

They took a piece of carpet from the closet and did a great job patching and blending it into the damaged area. However, the carpet they brought to replace the piece taken from the closet wasn't even close to matching the color of the existing carpet. I lived with it because it was in the closet. Since we were in Summerville they charged us for the drive from Charleston so a 6in x 3ft piece of carpet installed cost us $225. We were moving at the time and needed it fixed quickly so we went ahead with it but I was not happy about the price.

I went through a mitigation contractor who subcontracted the work to Carpet 2 go. Prior to the actual work done all my contact had been with their sales manager, Steve. From the time I met Steve I was impressed by a feeling that the company was very committed to doing the best possible job for us .. or in other words they "had our back" which was an unexpected but very welcome feeling. Because there was insurance involved and our desire was to replace the flooring with what had been installed there was a delay in obtaining the product. Carpets 2 Go closely followed the ordering and delivery of the flooring such that installation was done the day after the flooring was received. My wife and I moved to a hotel while installation was done so I only saw a part of the installation but I was impressed with the professionalism of the installation people. The work was beautifully done and the people were very careful and thorough in the clean up after the work was completed even though working conditions were less than ideal due to high wind conditions blowing through the garage and kitchen. I did not view the carpet installation in process but the end result was certainly satisfactory. I would not hesitate to use carpets 2 go again were I to need any of their offered services.

Called the company. They came to our house with samples. Left the samples for a few days so we could decide. We called them back and they came by to complete the order. A few days later it was installed and done!

They ordered way too much material but that was ok since i didnt pay for excess. There were difficulties with some of the installation but the re-installed the bad parts. The job took longer than estimated

Checked out a couple of carpet/flooring places, but Carpets2Go just seemed right and the fact that their installers have been working for them for a long time was impressive. Had a carpat and padding removed and replaced in a large room with stairs as well as the flooring in the bathroom. No pressure felt whatsoever while looking at samples, questions were asked, everything was explained, installers were great and we love the end result. Will be using them again and recommend them highly.

We did have an issue, but they came out promptly and resolved it to my satisfaction. Furthermore, they were very accommodating and did everything to ensure I was happy. I would highly recommend them.

The installation went okay. The guy that came out to do the original estimate neglected to include all of the appliances that the installers needed to move out of the way and he was also mistaken about the installers not needing to disassemble my kitchen island to lay the vinyl. All of this would have cost me more money, unexpectedly, but we worked through those issues. Once it was all done everything looked fine. The installers told me that if we needed to move any of our appliances that all we needed to do was slide them in and out as needed, but we soon found that not to be the case. Only two days after installation we needed to move the dryer so that we could paint the wall behind it and the flooring tore. I called Carpet-to-Go to ask if they had a warranty on their work (my fault for not asking before everything was purchased) and I was told no. I also wanted to know why they did not warn us about their product being so delicate. Our old flooring was vinyl and it was twelve years, in all that time we'd never had a problem like that before. Our old flooring endured appliances being moved a dog and six people living on it and no problems. After a few phone calls they did agree to come back out and repair the tear at no charge to us. If you do business with this company get everything in writing up front, and ask all your questions before you open your wallet.

It was a good experience. They were here on time. They installed the carpets within the agreed timeframe. They cleaned up after themselves and they were in and out. They are pretty fast workers. I would use them again in the future if need be.

We worked with Chris Yeates and it was a great experience. We first went to the showroom and Chris spent the time to show us the different carpet styles and manufacturers. Explaining in detail the difference between the different carpets. Chris then came to our house to measure the rooms and create an estimate. Once we agreed on the estimate he scheduled the work. He was very accommodating to our install schedule. We were moving into a new house. The house closing was in the morning and we wanted the carpet installed that afternoon. His crew showed up at 3pm and completed the job that day. The installation crew was very good. The most amazing thing to me was the few number of seams they had to use upstairs. Our upstairs has a hallway, 3 bedrooms, and three walk-in closets. I think they said they only had to do 2 or 3 seams for the entire job. We are very happy with the carpet and the whole experience working with Chris and his team.

They sold us what we needed and they were affordable.

MY EXPERIENCE WAS WONDERFUL, FROM WORKING WITH THE SALES MANAGER AL STRANIERO TO THE COMPLETION OF THE JOB. THIS IS A COMPANY THAT REALLY TRIES TO LIVE UP TO THEIR MISSION STATEMENT. SUCH INTEGRITY IS REFRESHING.

WORKED WITH AL AND HE MADE IT AS HASSLE FREE AS COULD POSSIBLY BE. THEY MADE MULTIPLE TRIPS TO MY HOME TO ASSURE PERFECT CARPET MATCH WITH EXISTING CARPET ON STAIRS AND UPSTAIRS. THAT SEALED THE DEAL. THEY HAD THE JOB COMPLETED WITHIN ONE WEEK AND THE PLACE LOOKS GREAT. THEY HAVE THEIR OWN FULL TIME EMPLOYEES WHO PERFORM THE INSTALLATION AND ALSO, REMOVE OLD CARPET AND NEW CARPET REMNANTS.

THEY HAVE EXCELLENT PRICES AND ARE EASY TO WORK WITH. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN EVEN THOUGH THE CREWS WERE LATE. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL AND HAVE DISCOUNT RENTAL GRADE CARPET. THEY WERE ABLE ACCOMMODATE OUR REQUEST FOR QUICK INSTALLATION TOO.
