The color matching of the flooring is excellent and the three room were done ahead of schedule. We had gotten other quotes for the job, but Mr. Brown’s professionalism was unmatched. He was responsive and knowledgeable and he and his team exceeded our expectations!

Mr. Brown and his crew were VERY punctual. They arrived 30 minutes earlier than advised. They worked hard the entire time. They even finished the job earlier than expected. Mr. Brown checked on the job every day after his crew was through. Mr. Brown was always available and responded to me asap with answers to my questions. He even suggested the movers to hire to move our furniture out the house (and they were excellent). Once the job was complete, he reviewed the work with my husband to make sure we were satisfied. I have recommended him to all my friends and family.

We recently bought a house where the floors had been worn and scratched up from the previous owners who had a dog. Ty was really responsive when I reached out after reading the positive reviews Brown’s Hardwood Floors had received. Ty gave his expert advice on what kind of finish would best match the wood of our stairs. We hadn’t been able to see the house since we were relocating across country, so we trusted Ty’s advice and he was absolutely correct. He made sure to fit in our tight schedule so the floors would be ready in time for when we were moving in. His prices are reasonable and he does quality work. We would use his company again in the future.

Ty was great to work with. He squeezed me into his busy schedule, and initial quote to finished floors was less than a week. He was also very responsive and punctual. His team did an amazing job on my floors - I had no idea the hardwood in my house was so beautiful! I only got the first floor done this time, but I'll definitely be contacting him when I'm ready to do the second floor!

I requested quotes from 5 companies. Browns Hardwood Floors was incredible professional starting with the quote. Mr Brown arrived on time and had quote to me by the next day. (Others company quotes took more than a week & several phone calls just to get a price.) I had walls removed for a kitchen remodel so several areas needed to be patched. The floors look amazing!!!! The pricing was very competitive. He was able to start the project quickly so the floors would be finished before the new cabinets arrived. My favorite part of the project was where he had his crew do several test samples on my floors so I would be able see the true color my floors could become! My experience was fantastic—Highly recommend! P.S. We are having Browns do the upstairs floors done after the kitchen is finished.

We are new to the area, so we asked for references on-line. My favorite one was "I didn't use Ty Brown, but I wish I had!" Ty was great. His team was professional and polite. We wanted our floors to look exactly like our old floors (color-wise). We gave Ty the "formula," and they matched exactly. We were very excited about that. Ty was flexible, and he accommodated some last-minute decisions (we added another room partway into the project) along the way. The lacing was done very well (see Pics). He was also able to provide references for some other work we needed done. I would recommend them, and I would use them again.

I am very pleased with Brown's Hardwood Flooring. I worked with them remotely over a long distance and I am very happy with how easy they were to work with and how professional he and his team were. They did an excellent job and kept me updated on the progress along with photos. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to hire again.

Terrific! Ty and his team did a fantastic job installing the new hard woods, they match perfectly! We had him remove the carpet runners from all the stairs and replace/refinish them and also buff and refinish any places in our home. His team worked quickly and did a truly great job! We were able to move in on time with new floors completed. We are extremely happy with the work Ty and his team did and plan to hire him again.

Ty and his team did a fantastic job of refinishing the existing (and very beat-up) hardwood floors in a new home I purchased. The floors now look as good as new, I'm very happy with the end result...would definitely recommend!

Ty and his team were punctual and did a great job refinishing the floors. It always amazes me how dirty, full of drywall dust, splattered with paint, speckled with staple holes floors can look brand new after a floor refinishing.
