I accepted his estimate for mold/mildew removal & a separate price for a painter. Once again Ryan arrived at my earliest convenience to do the work. He also offered to do the repainting himself, thus saving me $75 compared to the original estimate. Excellent experience for a really icky problem.

He was very helpful and professional.

Everything went great. He was very punctual and inspected the house for any additional moisture problems. None was found. Told us how to clean what was there and gave us an estimate for them to do the work. We have not decided yet on how we will proceed.

They were very understanding and provided a free quote when the other company I paid to get some test done subsequently wanted money for a quote (something they didn't disclose until after the testing).

My kids were sick and complained of aches and pains for about 3 weeks and I had heard that mold can cause these symptoms. We had just bought this new home 3 months ago and I just wanted to eliminate this as a cause. No mold found!!!

Ryan arrived at our beach villa and identified the mold growing on our ceiling rafters. He demonstrated how to clean it up and throughly explained how to prevent mold from reoccurring. He was prompt, knowledgeable, pleasant to have in our home and hard working. I highly recommend BioTek for any mold issues.

I called and set up an appointment. BioTek showed up on time and performed the work as requested. I was told that I would hear back my results no later than Friday. I had to call to get my results e-mailed to me. I understand their company must be busy since they are a decently priced company. Overall, I am pleased with the service provided.

Ancel and Ryan are both very timely and professional. I would trust them with any home I have or consider to buy or build. Their expertise was marked and they look to take care of all persons involved be it the owner/seller or buyer. As someone that is sensitive to mold, I can assure you that I will be working with Ancel in the future and refer him to everyone I know.

I wanted the home that we are currently renting and thinking about buying to be tested and inspected for mold. My dog and I have had very bad allergies since living in the home and I needed to know if there was a serious problem before making an offer. Called and talked with the owner and I was able to get someone over the next day. A nice young man - Ryan came and tested our home and was very nice and very knowledgeable in what he had to do. He explained how and what he was doing and why as he went along testing the home. He even crawled under our crawl space and thoroughly checked it out. In a few days, he sent us the report from the test results and even followed up with a phone call to ask if we had any questions or concerns. BTW - the test results came back negative, showing no high levels of mold in or around the home. Great comfort in knowing this before making an offer! The price was great and fair....no hidden fees. I would highly recommend BioTek Environmental Inc.

Every one at this company were very professional and knowledgable . They did find a source of what we were smelling and gave us advice on what to do.

The technician was very knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient. He explained in laymen's terms the process and took air samples from several places within the house as well as outside. The whole process took maybe a half an hour. Further to his credit, he was very communicative via email to follow up with the test results as well as to walk me through them over the phone. Ultimately there ended up being no issues so they didn't have to do any remediation, which was great. If I did ever have mold issues I wouldn't hesitate to use BioTek.

BioTek was very down to earth and they did not try to over charge us for things that we did not need. They already knew that we were going to have to remove some things and did not try to do things that inevitably would be unnecessary as they were only going to cover up the problem. They were concise and proffesional with their quoting and service. I was very impressed.
