Daniel was on time and did a thorough and professional job. Checked all electrical, pressure, temps. Cleaned coils, drains, etc.

The salesman Rich Daniel was absolutely great. The two technicians were great as well. They did the modifications, installed the unit and left the jobsite spotless. We are completely satisfied.

Routine maintenance on two Heat Pump Systems was scheduled to be done on 7/11/2012 betrwwen 8:00 & 8:30 am.The technician arrived on time, in a company identified truck. He was dressed appropriately with a shirt that had the Company Name & Logo. He introduced himself to me as Bryan Hall & the company he worked for, Air Experts. He than verified who I was, my address and stated he was here to perform maintenance on two heat pump systems. He got his tool pouch, put on shoe covers, went into the attic and checked the air handler and electricial system. He found a corroded wire, which could have become a fire hazard, replaced it and showed me the corroded wire. Then he went outside, checked the compressor pressures, freon level along with checking the electricial system. He then cleaned and hosed and the coil fins. After that he went under the house, through the crawl space, and checked the other air handler and electricial system. Following that he checked the 2nd compresser as he did the first, cleaned and hosed the coil fins. He updated me on the condition of both units and told me that he had also cleaned the drain lines and coils on both units. He went to his truck and filled out the Service Order Invoice. He reviewed it with me, had me sign it and gave me a copy. Bryan was very professional, and efficient. I was very impressed and satisified with the work that Bryan performed. I will not hesitate to ask for him should I need any work or repeat service and feel he is an excellent representative for his company. Thank you, Bill Foster. Homeowner.

Excellent Mike arrived on time and spent about 3 hours going through all of hour systems in a thorough and professional way.

They treated us with respect and cleaned up after themselves. They do come for a semi-annual check. They put little booties on to make sure our house stays clean. Everyone we talked to was polite and thorough and very professional and friendly.

They were prompt. They took the time to do extra duct work. They were excellent.
