ARS / Rescue Rooter Myrtle Beach

ARS is working to get our newly purchased Rheem heat pump working correctly. There was noise, moisture, & higher electric bill issues. There were also some damages to my property. They are working to resolve them. But it's been almost a month since the initial install. So maybe after all issues are resolved I can give them a higher rating. They do seem to be trying for a resolution.

The young man was a master plumber who altered my glass enclosed shower to accommodate the home care person to more easily give handicapped individual a bath. He also saved the material necessary to reinstall if necessary. I was very pleased and would recommend.

Work was done quickly and they left no mess. James was a very friendly project manager who answered every one of our questions/concerns quickly and thoroughly. It has been a good experience this far.

Yay ARS!! FIRST OFF I highly suggest you request Anthony for the job! He knows his stuff. He’s professional and honest. He checked everything to see if my water heater could be repaired instead of having to be replaced. Although replacement ended up being necessary, I don’t feel like I was taken advantage of. He explained IN DETAIL all of the options. I don’t hesitate AT ALL referring this business and I’ll likely use ARS again for any future plumbing projects.
