A great company

I called Exterior Genie because I had a leak or two. After a complete roof inspection, it was determined that the leaks were due to hail and wind damage. EG worked with the insurance adjuster and our claim was approved. The roof was installed last week and looks spectacular. Best of all, no more leaks. Thanks, to Lee and the crew for a job well done. I called Exterior Genie to address a small leak in the garage. They come out, looked at it and offered to do a roof inspection. They found that a recent storm had caused extensive hail and wind damage and advised us to call our insurance company. We did and when the adjustor came, Exterior Genie also came to show him what they found. Our claim was approved and we are getting a new roof! These guys are awesome!

Lee Clarke was very professional and a pleasure to work with. He met our insurance adjustor at our home and helped us navigate the insurance claim process. The roofing crew were polite and cleaned up the area nicely. We are pleased with the service in replacing our roof.

Promp, efficient, courteous.

First let me say that our repairs were necessary, at least in part, due to the shabby and improper work done by a prior contractor so we were understandably nervous about hiring someone else to correct the problems. "Once bit, twice shy." Exterior Genie understood, and carefully walked us through the entire process, explaining what was needed, how much it would cost, and then getting the job done in good time. They kept every promise. Their 3-man work crew was polite, as unobtrusive as possible, and focused on the job, doing a thorough job of cleaning up after the work was done. The young man who represented the company was unfailingly polite and helpful, and honest about things like scheduling and cost, with no hard-sell pressure for us to expand the scope of the work. We've had a couple of hard rains since work was competed, and no more leaking! We're very happy with our experience with Exterior Genie, and highly recommend them to others. Five stars for a job well done!
