The service was very good. They came out to do out needs and I was pleased with the service.

I have a contract with them. They come out and inspect the system twice a year.

as they carried Trane. Told them what happened and they said they wanted to first recheck the unit. Found it was working fine-no leaks, didn't need Freon, and compressor good. Told me that when a capacitor goes bad, unit can overheat, and need to wait for it to cool down before checking. Charged me $68 for a service call. Unit has been working fine ever since.

Update: I received a bill from Temperature Control for the service call. Sent them a letter stating that I thought it was unfair due to the above problem. They replied by cancelling the bill, a letter of apology, and refunding the full amount of my service contract. I think that was more than fair on their part and have changed my rating accordingly. Would I call them again? Yes, as a mistake was made and they took responsibility. That is rare and a sign of a good company.

Called for an appointment and they came out the same day. This is the third time we have had to call them for various heating/cooling needs. They have always been prompt, informative, and responsive. They are the first ones I call.

Technicians were courteous and prompt. Owner's son was very apologetic that it didn't get fixed initially and proceeded to complete the work to my satisfaction.

.They are very prompt and very efficient. They are very professional and all together they are just a nice company. They keep my equipment up to date so I wouldn't have to buy a new one sooner.

Work done well in min. time.

A couple of weeks ago, I had them service the unit. When I had them out this time, they did not charge me for the service because they felt as though they should have caught it with the last visit. The problem started on Sunday. I called the answering service, and with in 10 minutes some one from the company called me to see if they need to come out that day. I truly appreciate their responsiveness.

About a year and a half ago, I had them replace one of my units. They have serviced the unit several times since. I have always been pleased with them.
