I had a marble coffee table refinished. Since marble is often difficult because it reacts differently to certain chemicals, when it was first done, I was not particularly pleased- not terrible, but not what I had expected. The owner had actually done the project. I paid him and he left. That night he called me to say that he didn't feel right accepting money since I wasn't happy. I said no- he had used his time, etc. and I felt he should be paid and that perhaps my expectations had been too high. The next day, he called, came back- had another idea of what might work better and performed a second service which did the trick, and I am pleased. You don't find that type of care and service much anymore!

I am extremely happy with the results of my floor. It is a Tara-cotta type floor and was put in this house back in the 1930's. It was old, dingy and, dull looking. It always looked dirty to me. It also had some broken tile and was a mess. This floor was put in with cement, the the broken tile had cement chunks all on the back of it. Kevin had to remove the cement off of the tile first, before he could repair the floor. He came out the 1st day and repaired the broken tile and filled in the cracks. The next morning he came out and cleaned the floors. WHAT AN UNBELIEVABLE RESULT! I am very pleased. I had no idea the floor could look this good.

Kevin and his team were very friendly and professional. They did a wonderful job cleaning and sealing the gout and tile in our kitchen and bathroom. The floors looked brand new when the job was completed. I was more than pleased!

Very knowledgeable on how to restore various types of tile and stone. Did a thorough job and took the time to do it right. Result was beautiful; years of neglect by previous owner and now it looks almost new.
