We are very pleased with the MK service. I had braced myself for an expensive project to repair the marble foyer but was happy to find that MK included cleaning and sealing granite counters, plus left excellent products for us. Could not be more satisfied.

I was pleased with the work performed MK services. They arrived on time and continually explained the operation because I had questions about the cleaning and sealing of porcelain tile and grout.

Kevin was hired to clean and reseal our patio deck and pool area. He has did a great job cleaning our natural stone and pavers surrounding pool and patio. He was supposed to reseal the pavers with polymeric sand instead he used paver sand. The sand subsequently washed into the pool requiring a project in itself to clean up. We asked him to use the correct sand in which he stated "I have not done that before". We are in the process of rehiring to complete the job which has become quiet an expense. He claimed this as a miscommunication, however the required work is basic knowledge regarding paver restoration. I would be very worried for customers hiring him for this work.

They regrouted a shower, repaired a cracked floor tile, and cleaned two bathroom tile floors. Excelent work and a great experience. I'll have them back every year to clean the grout.
