Excellent service by courteous, knowledgeable people. These guys are HONEST!! What a unique quality! We've had experiance with other AC/Heating companies & without fail they try to get you to fix what isn't broken or to purchase the highest priced things they carry whether you need them or not. Not so with EAC...Call them. You will be really glad you did!!

All went well. We bought a service plan for the next year as well.

Arrived on time and inspected internal system. Noted cleaning needing to be done and took care of it. Bought the 1 yr maintenance plan. We have 2 filters a large one underneath the air handler and a small one upstairs. They guy forgot to replace the small one but otherwise did an excellent job.

Their office always has someone there to answer the phone and respond quickly to any issue that rises. Someone was at our home within days and the Technician was done in a very reasonable time.. I feel confident that when they diagnose something it is the correct diagnosis and they will do the job correctly the first time.

I was having a problem with my electric heating system. I called another company and was told I needed a new system. They gave me no options. The quote was high. I checked Angie's list and called EAC based on the comments. EAC sent Chris out to check it out. He was punctual, professional and very knowledgable. He explained my options completely and told me what was neeed to verify my warranty requirements with the manufacturer.

The folks in the EAC office were polite and responsive to our initial inquiry and scheduled us for a consultation immediately. The gentleman responsbile for evaluation of our system needs and presenting the replacement system component and pricing options was Duane Pierce. He was super knowlegeable and has had a lot of experience and therefore his credibility was very strong. He patiently took a lot of follow up calls and questions from us and returned to our home with one of the owners of the company to double check all of the measurements to make sure that the replacement unit that we were considering was properly sized for the home. We really appreciated that extra effort and selected EAC for the job that same day. The installation went very smoothly by an experienced team of professional young men who were very neat and careful about everything that they did in our home. Mr. Pierce arrived along with them the day of the install to make sure that they knew where eveything needed to go and how they were to proceed. All three of those same men came by a couple of days after the installation to recheck everything that they had done and to make sure that we were pleased with how things were done and to resolve any issues that we may have identified since the install. We were already pleased with the effective and quiet operation of the newly installed system. We have established an ongoing maintenance agreement with EAC and I would not hesitate to call upon them or to recommend them based on our experience with this fine company and its people.

The tech found that the unit was low on freon, possibly leaking from somewhere. He recharged the system, then tested it and found it to be functional. He then warned that if their was a slow leak it could happen again. He was very forthright in his explanation and perfomed the work as promised.

Gave me an honest bid (compared to two other ridiculous proposals) for attic vent replacements. Have now used them for two years for service agreement and service calls.

My family had only been in our new home for two weeks when the air conditioning units gave out. Although the house was warranted, it was the middle of a heat wave (100+ degree temps) and I did not have the patience or willpower to fight with the warranty service. I called EAC and they arranged to have a technician at the house that afternoon! He was timely, courteous and honest. He was also attentive to detail. He noticed a pair of shoes sitting outside the kitchen door so he took his off when he entered the house! Not only will I use them again in time of need, I will also schedule routine ups!

My experience with them was very good. They are professional and informative.

The A/C unit in our Hilton Head villa was approaching the end of the line. We obtained several estimates and EAC was, by far, the most informative and customer friendly. Their customer rep was very complete in his explaination of the options that he presented. Because this villa is a part-time residence, the installation took place when we were not present. Their rep stayed in contact with us by phone as the work progressed and also coordinated the work that a plumber was doing (replace the water heater) in the same area of the villa. After the work was completed, we spent a week in the villa and their rep stopped by to answer questions and offer advice about the new unit. He made us feel like a family member had done the work. We would highly recommend EAC to anyone in need of heating/air conditioning service.

There was no charge because it is a new house. They were fine. They had installed the units so that's why I went with them. The quality was excellent.

I would highly recommend them. I got them off of Angie’s List. They came right out. Everything is great. I even got a warranty and everything. The first service call was $90 and that went against the bill. I had no problems because the guy was really, really great. He gave me 3 different options and worked me as far as the finance was concerned. He gave me the best price because I was looking for price comparison as to which unit to get as I live in a mobile home. The other ones just really didn’t fit so what he charged me was really, really great because I had shopped around. His price was better than anyone that I’d had. His service was great. I have a warranty for 2 years and he can come out and fix it for free of charge. I couldn’t get a better deal. They responded and when they didn’t have the part, they gave me a time and told me when they could do it. They came out and worked around my schedule. They came exactly when they said they were going to come and I had no problems. They were very professional and really nice. I would continue to use them in the future.

I scheduled a tune-up but whtn the technician came out he suggested a maintenance agreement . He was prompt and professional. I am very satisfied with the quality of his work.

Upon arriving at our vacation home for the Christmas holidays, we discovered that one of our heating/AC units was not working. The weather was unusually cold, and we had no heat in one large section of the house. I called EAC on the morning of 12/20 and was told a technician would arrive between 2 & 4 pm. He arrived at 3. After diagnosing the problems, he very clearly explained what our options were and called an associate to come and give us an estimate to replace the unit, which at 14 years old is at the end of its useful life. The new unit was installed the next day. We were called in the morning and told they would arrive after 1 pm--they arrived shortly after 2 pm. The work was completed in a timely manner, all debris was removed, and the work site was cleaned thoroughly. The technicians were professional and answered all of our questions. Since this was an emergency job, I didn't have a chance to get other cost estimates, so I can't say for sure if the price is fair. From a service perspective, however, I would use EAC again.

Tech arrived on time & performed all work in a timely manner. He recorded all the specifics about the system and findings on a report that I got a copy of. Installed the vent on the condensation line, replaced air filters, and left me an extra. I plan on getting a service plan next year with EAC.

I found them to be excellent. The people I had been using for 10 years just didn't seem to get out here so I turned to somebody else. They thought that a four hour window was too large a window, which is what my regulars told me. I purchased a whole new unit from EAC.
