ADT Security Services are very reliable. They are a big name company when it comes to alarms and we think they do everything possible for us to live up to it. I haven't had any cases where they had to check on us but were confident they have us covered and protected.

ADT installed our alarm system years ago and we're quite pleased with them. We haven't had any false alarms and they haven't done any check-ups that I'm aware of, but we trust that they're doing a good job.

We had an alarm system installed three years ago and ADT has been monitoring it ever since. We only had one false alarm and they called immediately. We have no complaints about their service.

They installed our unit for free so you couldn't beat that. They provide us with home security and that includes fire as well. Their monthly rates are very reasonable and their service is very reliable too. They are helpful if you have any non-emergency problems or accidents too.

I really like that I have not had any instances with their services. They are really on the ball. In talking with them and dealing with them I feel comfortable using them. They are doing a good job as they have always answered all my questions politely and thoroughly. They also treat me with great respect anytime I am in contact with them.

The workers were professional and clean in appearance. They did a great job and they did it in a timely matter. The work was completed within three hours. I've had them out on four other occasions to do work for me.

The customer service from this company was nothing short of pathetic. I have never been more humiliated by a company that was so well established nation wide. Their role was to keep or at least give us a sense of security and they did not.

ADA Security Services Incorporated was pathetic. They never responded to any alarms I had. I had to call for six weeks just to have an ADA sign posted in my yard. It took even longer to receive stickers from them for my windows. I had to write several executives to get out of my contract.

My son had the system installed eight years ago and they did a very good job. They explained everything about the system and how to operate it. The alarm has gone off accidentally and they called within minutes. I would not stay here alone without this system keeping me safe.

They were the ones who installed our system about one year ago and did a good job with that. They explained how to use it and the ins and outs of the system. They have a very fast response time and we feel a lot safer and more secure with their service.

The technician that came over was knowledgeable about his trade and tried to explain the system to me before he even installed it. The installation itself did not take very long maybe an hour and a half and then it was thoroughly tested. He showed me how to program it and what to do if anything happens. There have not been any false alarms and it helps me sleep better at night.

ADT Security does a good job of monitoring our home alarm system. We have had no false alarms. They do not offer in home maintenance or check ups, but we have had no problems from our system.

We had a few false alarms but the police came right away after ADT called them. Once when a friend came in to feed our cats and forgot the code it went off the police and fire trucks arrived and didn't charge us.

I really liked their service. In this neighborhood, everyone in the watch program uses them also. They are very alert to our systems. We haven t had a real time where something set the alarm off. We did set it off our selves, and their response was right away. This is a big time alarm outfit that really knows their stuff.

I had cancelled my contract with ADT because I found a way around their security measures. When I had pointed this out to them they assured me that the stickers on the windows would deter any burglars if we had any. They would have been unreliable in a serious situation so we bought a dog instead.

They have been doing a fine job and they are on point and getting the job done. Anytime we have had an accidental set off they have called right away. They have a good customer service and answer all of my questions. I have been satisfied with them.

It was extremely satisfactory; they were easy to work with. They were on time and they cleaned up after themselves, when they were done. They did a very good job; it took them about one day to finish it. They were courteous and professional. The price was reasonable.

ADT is a very reliable company to have monitored our alarm system. We have not had to use them for an emergency but we have also had no problems with them. The system seems to work great.

They kept my home and me safe and did what I needed them to do. I will say the signs work wonders and are quite effective in my yard. They keep me informed quite regularly and answer any question I have in a moments notice. I feel that they are a good all around company.

ADT has been my provider for quite sometime now and I have never once had any problems. I am pleased with their services. They do not bother you like most other companies do trying to get you to buy other packages and things. I told them what I wanted from the beginning and have not heard from them since besides the billing. They are great and I trust them to secure my home.
