+ -1 moreI took vehicle for used car inspection and they failed to mention that the car was missing lug nuts! 4 days later my wheel goes flying off the car and I'm skidding on a rotor! When I called to get a refund they wouldn't work with me at all. They were nasty and rude. Talked down to me. They even admitted that they knew the car was missing lug nut. When I called an attorney, the attorney's office told me I was the fifth person to call regarding this company with a similar issue. They're going to cost someone their life one day

+ -1 moreAfter work was done ,had to go back brake lights were not working said they needed to switch wire $100+ an hour not worth it dealers don't charge that much.Problem was fixed with 6 month warranty

+ -1 moreHorrible expierence instead of a 3 hr job it was a 6 hr job. He did drive me 2 minutes down the road to grab a bite. Misdiagnosed my vehicle. Didnt fix the issue.
Description of Work: They diagnosed it as an issue in spark plugs. So i let them fix it for 400$. That didn't fix it. It's still doing the same thing. They say its not misfiring and then saying i need a sensor to stop the misfire another 250$. The plastic covering where windshield wipers are wasnt put in right and when i was on my way home i realized it wasnt tight so i turned around to get it fixed they werent happy they tightened it down but didn't fix it ro sit right so now its sitting off its seating. And the engine cover lid on my nissan v6 the nissan symbol was broken and just put on there. They could have atleast glued it down. And they lost two screws for the cover and saying it was never there. Sucks for them that i check everything before i get my vehicle done and yes the screws were there. I called them and instead of saying atleast sorry and fixing there mistakes started arguing with me about it all. Worst place ever and basically stole my 400$ because the issue did not change at all. They saying oh its a bit better. No its not. Oh and customer is always right.. unless its where a man isnt honest.

+ -1 moreIt is extremely pleasant to be in and the facility is clean. I will recommend them to anybody. They are extremely nice and extremely clean. They have a reading area with TV, a cable and air conditioning. They have the same old staff. They are very customer friendly. They are all around very awesome.

+ -1 moreI love this garage. As a single woman I am always leery of auto mechanics and HVAC repairmen. They have always treated me with respect and I have never felt like they were taking advantage of my lack of knowledge. My last visit was an oil change on a Saturday morning. I had an appointment. They were very busy but I will still done in less than an hour. I have also had brake work done on my car and my son's. Their prices are very competitive with other garages and the service and attitude is SO much better than the chains I have used, like Meineke. I would not hesitate to refer friends or family and I WILL be using them for all my car needs.
Description of Work: At this latest visit I had the oil changed.

+ -1 moreThey pick the car and delivered it back to me. Some auto places fix one thing and then give you 10 more things that need to be fixed. They are definitely not like that. I have found them to be very honest and they don’t throw in any extra charges. My wife and I have been very happy with them. They have been great!
