I agreed to the estimate on February 20th. The first crew came out on March 14 and 15th. They only barely knew what they were doing. At lunch time on day 2 they were going to walk off the job with my fence laying on the ground. I told them that they were not leaving. They stayed until 6:30 but never finished the fence. On March 23 the owner came and fixed most of the rest of the damaged spots. He was due to come out this morning to finish the job but called to reschedule for this afternoon. The owner cares a lot about his business and his reputation but this is not reflected in my experience with the company. Worst of all, he called and yelled at me for giving him bad reviews. Then he sent an e mail requesting 5s. To me evaluations are the customer's opinions and should not be `ordered' by the company performing the service. I pulled my review from Home Advisor, who recommended him, so that I would not be harassed by the owner to give him undeserved 5s.
