We moved to a new state and were a little nervous trying out a new plumber. we had used the same plumber for 8 years before we moved. We were pleasntly suprised. the 2 gentlemen that were here were courteous and polite. The honest up front pricing and excellent workmanship surpassed our expections! Job well done all the way around!

Leroy was a nice gentleman that tried for several hours to unclog my main line to the street, unsuccessfully. He couldn't get his snake beyond a T. To B. Franklin's credit, he didn't try to charge for a job he couldn't complete. That's why I rated the customer service as a 5.0

The installers were on time and very neat. It was a tough install in a small closet. The installation was completed in one and a half hours. The hot water tank works very well and has a great warranty.
