Wayne was very professional. He took his time & explained they job & the process. He went over fees without trying to up sell. He did a great job. I m definitely going to use him again. Only issue & not really an issue the job was a little pricey to replace a toilet. However I knew that going in from reading prior reviews & would rather pay a little extra for guaranteed quality work.
