I got scammed by another fence company (spontak consulting) and he was even trying to help me with that situation. Be careful when choosing these companies to install. The All American team was very professional from the Proposal to the installation. At first I thought the price was a bit high but seeing the quuality of the finsihed product installed made it worth the investment. Terry who wrote the estimate and proposal did a very through job and was easy to work with. The install crew was very professional and provided excellent quality workmanship. Stacy the owner came by to put the finishing touches on our magnetic latches and did a final quality check which was refreshing. The Clean-up of the jobsite made it a very good experience. Yes I have recommended them for my neighbors fence.

This was a 2 man crew, they cleaned up my yard impeccably and they werenâ t even completely done and my neighbor called complimenting how very nice the fence looked! They did a marvelous job, and I HIGHLY recommend them if you need a fence installed! Great company, very reasonable/fair pricing! Quality fence!

On 10/30/20, All American Fence arrived at my home in Calabash, NC to move the existing fence to meet with the POA requirements. I advised the two installers that the side fences must be moved in 5 feet from the property line and the rear fence moved in 10 feet from the property line. I walked the property with the two installers and showed them the property stakes. They replied **no problem**. A few hours later they completed the job and I paid the bill of $1400.00. After they left I noticed the rear right fence was only 7 feet from the property line. I spoke to Ms. Higgins at the All American Fence co who said they would fix the problem. As of today 11/18/20 no response from the Co. Unable to ctc them. Make sure when you deal with these fences co. they provide you with a Certificate of Insurance.

I hired them to put up a vinyl fence to keep my small puppy in. They did a wonderful job and were easy to work with. They were on time and were very cooperative with us. I would highly recommend there company and service for anyone. We are very satisfied with their work.

These guys were very easy to work with. They gathered all the information for the HOA and permit. They were in-line with everyone else ;as far as price, from the beginning. I couldn't have asked for a better experience from start to finish.

The right side of the fence is not Level that includes the corner posts and the gate which both have large gaps under them over 3 inches contacted the owner and her team came out and instead of pulling the problem posts out and replacing them and properly installing them, they simply put filler pieces under the gate and right side of the fence so our small dog would not get out. this is after 2 months of complaining about the level of the fence being off and the huge gaps under it. Sent pictures to the owner of the problems and she sent people out 2 times and they never repaired the fence properly. The quality of the install is unacceptable and I will be contacting my HOA and tell them of them the problem and hopefully, they will recommend not using these people for any future houses in my neighborhood which is Jessica Lakes East Conway, South Carolina. I even asked the owner would she be satisfied with the quality of the and she said no she would not. My wife took pictures and I will be posting them soon.

well if you like paying for someone to build a fence in the wrong place and then cuss you out on the phone like it was your fault, you came to the right place! i should have known from day one that these people were going to be a problem. after having terry come out and measure for the quote i got a call from his sister asking if i had seen his measuring wheel laying around anywhere. i said no and that he must have lost it somewhere. communications were a joke the whole time. then a few weeks later after i had paid them in full, up front, they called randomly the night before to tell me they will be at my house at 8am. not much warning at all. luckily i had just gotten back from a trip the day before and happen to be available.. so i get up at 7am to greet them on time and they end up not getting to the house until 12pm! then when they finally get here, not only did they refuse to use a post-level for accuracy, they also asked me what i plan on doing with the excess dirt, which i thought was very strange- wouldnt you think they would haul it off after their job is done? BUT THEN they say they can not build a 6ft wooden privacy fence up against my neighbors already existing 4ft aluminum fence! which was never mentioned once in the signing of the contract. so i was under the impression that the quote i was given included that portion of my whole yard. i wanted them to build my fence right next to my neighbors fence.. but now one half of my yard does not have a privacy fence, they were only able to tie into the end of my neighbors fence which defeats the whole purpose of getting a PRIVACY fence in the first place. i can still see into my neighbors yard with ease and vice versa. now im only getting half of what i thought i was paying for. THEN on top of THAT terry put the wrong measurement on the plot for his workers so they built the fence almost 3ft off of my property line on the other side of my yard. making my yard approx. 96 sq ft smaller than it should be! when i got back from the store they were gone for the day (unfinished, even though they said they could do it in a day, probably because they arrived so late) and i noticed immediately they didnt build it ON the clearly marked property line like i had wanted and discussed with terry and drawn on the plans. after already finding out that im only getting half the fence i paid for, they screw me with this. at this point im just in shock and want to know what is going on. so i call terry to find out and ask them if there was a reason why they built almost 3 ft away from the property line. i calmly express my concerns about losing yard space and he immediately gets defensive and starts YELLING AT ME. he says you still have the same amount of yard, the yard is yours, property line is property line, its still yours. and i say but thats not the point, i signed the contract that shows the fence will be built ON the property line, NOT next to it. this is NOT what we discussed and is NOT what i paid for. turns out the measurement was incorrect. the plans show that its 13ft to the property line from the house, but in actuality it is about 16ft to the property line. BIG DIFFERENCE. BIG LOSS. he continued to argue with me, started rambling to the point i couldnt understand what he was saying. i tried to calm him down so we could discuss the issue and instead he starts offering for me to take him to court on it, he absolutely refused to own up to his mistake, did not want to level with me, and refused to even try to fix the mistake. he kept saying we arent going to move it for you, we wont move it, absolutely not. so i hang up. a little later i get a call from his sister and she levels with me. she says they will do what they can and move it for me the next day. so the next day the workers show up to finish the fence. i ask them if they are going to move the fence, they said yes. they didnt move anything and they left.

Great local company. Completed project in very timely manner at a reasonable price. Will call upon again and would highly recommend to anyone in need of local fencing company.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND: We ran into several issues starting this project. None of them related to All American Fence. They assisted me with finding another professional to clear the land and provide fill dirt. In preparation they ordered all materials prior to us being ready so there would be no delay in installing. Weather then provided an obstacle and All American Fence kept us informed to the plan and set expectations up front. When we were able to install, the team that came onsite was knowledgable, professional and tidy. The work was done in 2 days and they involved me in every decision that had to be made. Outstanding work, customer service, and management start to finish.
