All American Fence

After spending $3900 dollars on 4/29/16 to have my fence installed I still have to spend more money to clean up the mess. Grass destroyed,couple of post holes not filled in ( can see the concrete), red clay all over .Called 4/30/16 to tell him that there was a cap missing on one of the posts & could not lock the back gate because the release handle was on the other side. He said he would order a dead bolt & cap and install them when parts come in. I called 5/11/16 & he said parts are in and will be here Thursday 5/12/16 and he never showed up and no phone called.I waited another week then called Saturday 5/21/16 left message. He called back 12:40 PM and said he will be here in 20 min was tied up in traffic. Nveer showed or phone called. As of today 5/23/16 all three phones are loaded up voice mail so you can not a message which is a old trick. He loves to give you lip service and every excuse there is so he doesn't have to come back since he was already paid. Now I will have to buy the cap & dead bolt and install them myself. DO NOT USE THE COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT NIGHTMARES

Their price was within 25 dollars of other companies in the area so the price for the job seemed to be fair. I agreed to use this company based on the reviews on here, which in hindsight was a mistake. The job was started a day late and is still incomplete (missing end caps on the post, which were supposed to be here this past Thursday). The end caps are only a minor inconvenience, not worth my time tracking down. What I am concerned about is the back run of the fence is lose. I was told that each post would receive a bag of concrete and I have given it a week to settle. Well the back run is has stable as a one legged man in a hurricane and I will investigate a little further this week when I have time, nut there is no way that 24” of post in concrete will move back and forth so much (almost a 8-12” sway at the top of the post from center). Because they were a day behind, I was not home when the fence was installed, so I am not sure if shortcuts were taken, but I plan to find out and will update the post with photos.

Fast and friendly clean up after handled all HOA and permits

The guys were quick and efficient. They double-checked the measurements and made sure we were happy with the placement. They did the install, smoothed out the soil in front of the fence and cleaned up the debris. They were quick because they only did half the job. They did not use sufficient concrete and the first windy day, the fence fell down. Talked to Gina and had the crew come back in March and redo the back fence. They were supposed to come back and finish the gates. WE ARE STILL WAITING , in June. I would rather support a local business, but if you can't get the job finished...what's the point..

Terry and crew did a great job! They were here when they said they would and worked quickly and efficiently. They moved and expanded a fence for us and did great work. I definitely recommend them.

Came back to move the fence due to hoa issues showed up on a Saturday with a full crew and got it done quickly and quietly . Would def recommend them , all our neighbors are asking who put in the beautiful fence . I believe a neighbor is actually having one installed next week.
