Great!
Description of Work: Precision performed their Angie's Deal of the Day. A total service and tune-up of my garage door and motor. They replaced the rollers, which was a surprise rto me. He replaced the old metal rollers with new queiter rollers.

Terrible
Description of Work: Called for an estimate & appointment . They would not give me a pricee for a standard repair ( replacing a broken garage door spring spring ) . Wanted to charge $65 to come out give me a cost estimate . I was connected to an operator with no technical knowledge --- would not let me talk to a technician . I declined -- felt like I was talking to Sears .

Description of Work: Jay from Precision Door Service came at the agreed time and did the garage door checkup replacing rollers, etc. I told him about a problem I had with the door, he diagnosed the problem, told me the price to fix it and performed the work. He was punctual, professional, polite and did not pressure me to buy the additional service. I would use this company again.

Went great!
Description of Work: I had my garage door reconditioned. The old rollers were replaced with new ones with bearings and now it's much quieter. Plus the Precision Door rep looked over the unit to see that it was in working order and gave me tips to extend the life of my existing unit. He was great -- personable, knowledgeable and wasn't out to try to sell you a lot of extra stuff.
