Description of Work: The service technician, who was friendly and professional tuned up the Garage door, working diligently to see that it worked the best it could. Also, he replaced the rubber insulation strip at the bottom of the door. I would not hesitate to recommend the company and will use them in the future.

Description of Work: Lubricated all rollers and moving parts of garage door. Ran door through several cycles. Provider was not satisfied with operation. upon further inspection found a section of tract that was bent. Provider straightened tract and ran door through several more cycles until he was satisfied it was operating correctly.

Description of Work: The technician (Drew) performed a garage door tuneup, which I purchased via Angie's List Special offer. Among the things he did was to check the tightness of all bolts (replacing any which were missing), lubricated the tracks, checked the opener and door springs. He also offered suggestions of things that I could do to reduce the door vibration during door opening and closing. In all, it was well worth the cost of the tuneup.

Description of Work: A "tune-up" consisted of just spraying everything down with WD-40 and checking all the fastening bolts on the door. I had a problem with the way the garage door closed and he couldn't figure out how to fix it. Kept trying to sell me a new garage door and garage door opener. I fixed the door myself after he left.
