Description of Work: I purchased the tune up because my double garage door controlled by an automatic opener had become very noisy. The tune-up did not fix the noise but he replaced the rollers hence the price difference between the $39 offer and the $178 additional I spent.

Description of Work: Had a spring break and called around to get quotes to replace it. Precision was available and had a decent price so I booked with them. When the tech finally showed up, it was a complete bait and switch. Although we have only had 1 spring for 20 years, he wanted to put 2 back in and said he a s required to do so. He also started tacking on all kinds of extras which over doubled the quoted price. We told him to leave and then he put on his sales hat and started to negotiate back down to the price that everyone else in Columbia had already quoted. | |We finally agreed and he begrudgingly completed the job. I'd avoid these guys. It felt like you were dealing with a dishonest mechanic the whole time making up things to replace to pad the price for people who don't know any better.

Description of Work: I was really surprised at the timing. I received the service on the same day that I purchased the deal. I was out running errands and they called to let me know they were on their way. When I got home, they were there waiting for me. They were very nice and they did the job very well.
