Description of Work: Garage door was damaged in closing. Technician said it could not be fixed and must be replaced at a cost of $1550. I called another provider, ASAP Services, who came the same day and made the repair for $185. The garage door continues to function normally.

Description of Work: Service tech had no idea how to fix my garage door issue. All he did was spray some lubricant on the moving parts and try to sell me a new garage door system. I ended up fixing the broken garage door myself without his help.

Description of Work: Our garage door would not close and my husband wanted someone to come out to the house ASAP. I called Precision and luckily they were able to send a technician that day. The young man was very professional and thorough. We asked him for prices of a new door and actually ended purchasing a new door! We love it! It's very quiet. My husband keeps on saying "Did I tell you how much I like the garage door"?
