It was fabulous!

They had come by and taken a look at it. I had a feeling that they were more interested in selling me a new door/opener instead of repairing what I had, but they did do a few minor repairs.

Watch out for sales pitches on replacing other parts that aren't part of the reported problem. Get specifics on how labor is charged. Came quickly after called. Pleasant, but in retrospect was more interested in replacing parts that were not original problem. I realize this is practical for maintenance, but since they were aware (or should have known from office) that I was on a fixed income, should have respected the immediate problem and waived the labor charge since I was already charged $75 for them to come by. Truly, that small gesture would probably make the difference in repeat business.

I eventually paid another company (ASAP Services) $155 to have the original spring replaced with a larger spring than I originally had. Precision Door gave the "hard sell" trying to get me to replace the door rollers, the cables, and the cable drum, for over $500. It seemed that they wanted to get as much as possible out of me. They talked down my current door, which has worked fine for 9 years. I do NOT recommend Precision Door Services.

I called the morning of the 8th, and got an appointment for 6pm the same day. Mr. Butler was extremely professional and courteous. He replaced everything quickly, and we were very happy with his recommendations and service.

Could not have gone better. Made an appointment the night prior for the following morning. The technician arrived (not a young kid, but a 15 year veteran) and immediately got to work. Quickly determined the previous home owner had installed too small of a motoro for the garage door opener for the weight of the door. Hence why it bunred out during my four years of ownership. Replaced the entire unit and put a lifetime warranty on it. I consider the door now a stealth opener as its nearly silent. Top Class.

It was great. The workmanship was good.

It is good. They were very professional. They provided good service and it works. I was impressed. I tried to get estimates from 4 or 5 people. Only three people called me back. Two of those came out. Of the two they were the most professional and punctual and seemed trustworthy. It was in the rainy winter time. They worked around it and I was impressed.

It has turned out well. They are quick, responsive and fairly priced.

It was great. They did as promised. They did a wonderful job. We were very happy. We would use them again and happily refer them to other people.

They did a super job. We had another company come out prior to them who told us we needed the whole thing replaced. Precision came out and told us that we only needed a few parts replaced.

It was good. They were satisfactory. They were on time. They came when they said they would come. They have been very nice and considerate and were very easy to deal with.

It was less than it would have cost brand new, but not a free replacement which I thought they should have done. I am somewhat satisfied with the work. It was very frustrating. I had to talk to them several times and argue with them which is why I wouldn't use them again.

It was excellent. I haven't had a problem since. He called and told me what I needed to do. This is the second time I have uses them. Every six months they send me something about getting a tune up. I enjoy the service I get form these guys. I called around and the price was the best. He gave me a free estimate. I called them on a weekend the second time and they were out within two hours because I couldn't even get my door down.

Went great! The technician, Mr. Rhett Butler, was very professional and knowledgeable. I am very happy with the new insulated door. The house came with Overhead Door equipment installed and so far, the product Precision offers is far superior in quality and operation. I plan on using Precision for any future garage door needs.

The service rep was knowlegable, courteous and provided recommedations for only services and repair needed or necessary. And it was hot. he worked in 100 degree heat getting the job completed. The service rep was Troy Smith and Precision should feel very good about having this young man in their employe. A great guy, great service. Atta-boy's all around.

They did a fine job. They came when they were supposed and I was so thankful that they did. If I need them again I will call them. They didn't try to sell me a new door, he showed me what he could do to fix my door and he was professional about the whole thing.

I wish all companies were like this. The lady who took my call was efficient and professional. She quoted me prices over the phone. She scheduled my appointment and gave me a two hour window (2 p.m. to 4 p.m.). The technician, Richard, showed up at 2:00, did a fairly soft sell of their garage door renovation package ($399-very reasonable, I've had $900 quotes for the same thing), when I said I wasn't interested right then, he set right to work. He finished the job quickly and was courteous and professional. He gave me a few other items to consider regarding our door maintenance and wrote up my invoice-for the price quoted. I even used the coupon and saved $65.00. They've got my garage door business for life.

They came on time, installed the door, gave careful explanations as how to use the remotes and the inside and outside buttons.

Everything went well. Technician showed up on time, went over the problems he observed, made his recommendations, performed the work in a professional and workman-like manner.
